Benefits of Heat in PE

Is LENGTH only limited to the deformation of the tunica? If so are the collagenous fibers regenerating to undergo more deformation?

Pumping doesn’t pump air in, in our case, it pumps it out causing a vacuum. I would imagine gel, like water, could get into the system and would call for a trap to be fitted, however, I can’t see what value gel would have?

The consideration was that the gel would act as aheat insulator inside the tube and in direct contact with the penis and keep it warmed by preventing heat loss. But water would probably be much better; as with gel there would be cleanliness problems

It’s size is 8”x2”, so depending in my stretching angle, I manage to heat up most of the shaft without interfering with my grip simply by covering the exposed part.
The heating element is a flat plate so it doesn’t wrap around the shaft but since far infra red rays penetrate up to 3.5” into the skin, it does the job perfectly and saves time because reheating isn’t required between holds

I tried to buy one of these the other day but something was amiss with Amazon market place. But that’s a side issue. You mentioned earlier in this thread that you were concerned the bars/rods on your extender would heat too much but it wasn’t a problem, I use a Vacu-hanger and will use the wrist pad while I hang, I’m concerned that it will heat the silicone sleeve, possibly deform it. Is this likely?

Thank you

Can’t believe i just found this thread. Went out tonight and got an infrared lamp and immediately saw an 1/8” increase in flaccid stretched length. Only time will tell what if any permanent gain comes from it, but I find it encouraging.

Ditto, I began using stretching with an infrared lamp about 3 weeks ago, and have increased my flaccid length by about 1/2” so far. My stretching consists of 1 hand pulling outward, 1 hand pulling inward, for about 15 minutes per day. Infrared doesn’t come without disadvantages (bulky, uneven heat), but it’s given my cock invigorating penetrating heat. I likely won’t go back to rice socks or dipping my wang in hot water.

Note- I bought the brooder off Amazon ($12) and the 250W bulb from Home Depot ($10).

Good god no. The sensation of heat and heat are two completely different things. Icy-Hot gives you the former without the latter.. the latter is what is necessary for the benefits described here.

Is heat necessary for girth work? Someone on another PE forum said he was having trouble with length, but gained .5 inches in girth in five months. He didn’t warm up. I’ve also seen clamping success without warm ups.

7x5...want 7x6

Heat helps with length and girth.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

IR Heat has been one of the biggest factors in my gains. When I have not used it or warmed up with heat I can look back and see little to no gains in those periods. Now that winter is here I start getting nervous when that area cools off and it for sure is harder to keep nice and warm after workouts… and it is not that cold where I am at!

What? I have never heard that cotton cloth will block IR. Do we have a good source on this because I put a sock over the heating element of my pad to minimize the temperature of the pad which gets rather hot.
