Thanks for the kind words, sir. Yes I do get a lot of PMs asking the same questions so I’ll put it here if you don’t mind so everyone can see and hopefully I won’t have to say it again. Yes it’s true that I can clamp 10 minutes sets all day, but it has taken me three years to build up to that, If you are doing one hour of 10 minute sets clamping close to the base after a year of conditioning without getting sore it’s probably not too much you will most likely get the girth gains you seek within a year, I’m not sure about the length, though. Some have gained erect length through clamping, I have not, only flaccid length and a lot of girth. Increase the number of sets you do a day slowley, but do not increase the sets beyond 10 minutes, and stay with one clamp close to the body. Let you’re soreness be the guide when to stop more than number of sets and you will get more sets in as you continue to toughen up the tunica.
