I went into Ace hardware and couldn’t find a cock ring, what section should I look under? And what size is good for 4.5”-5” girth?

A cock ring usually fits around the whole package (cock and balls). Look for something in the two inch diameter range.

I went to Advanced Auto and bought a variety of O rings that looked like they were in the rang of a good fit. Then I went home tried them on and discarded the ones that didn’t fit. I will some times use two at a time to really get it pumped for her. Plus it feels good to feel the veins rubbing inside her.

I’m addicted to my cock ring.

Some advice:

1. Approach the counter.

Any permanent damage that can be caused by wearing a cock ring (silicone super stretch kind) for a couple hours a day in 20-30 minute intervals a couple times a week over 6 months?

Reason I ask is I have done that and it seems that my penis has decreased in length a little and the feeling is not the same as it use to be as if I have damaged some nerves. I also have to tighten it more to keep the fullness longer. It’s adapting to the cock ring.

Any input?

Yes: if the cock ring is too tight, and if you ignore the warning signs of injury, you will damage your penis.

So: you may have damaged your dick by wearing a too-tight cockring, and now you’re wearing it tighter?

I bought a set of O-rings at Harbor Freight. (They come in a plastic case.) I think there are 225 O-rings of all sizes, the price is right at 5.99, and there are about 8 size 2” with a 3/16” wall.
I bought them long before I knew about PE, but found out there were more uses for them then auto and home use.

What size for a 4.7”-5” girth?

You aren’t paying attention. Two of us have said go with a 2” diameter o-ring. Your actual erect girth doesn’t matter since the cock ring doesn’t have to fit your exact measurements. Did you read any of the links I provided above?
