Cool Down - YES You NEED It!

Cooldown/warmdown get used interchangeably. Confusing, isn’t it! :)

Would there be any sort of problem with a cooldown using heat? This is how I’ve been doing it for years and I’ve actually had trouble getting gains for the past few.

No, not unless you have any injuries.

I would recommend anyone, after reading this thread, to experiment following their workout - use heat for a couple of weeks, use cold for a couple of weeks, just allow your penis to return to body temperature without heat or cold for a couple of weeks. See which seems to suit you best, and don’t be afraid to repeat the experiment if you drastically change the exercises you are doing. :)

I highly recommend cool downs at the end of your PE workouts. It seems to leave my penis with a much ‘fuller’ hang post workout. What I do to cool down is have a cold shower for 3-5 mins approx. The colder the better.

I agree, i tried a warm down yesterday and my flaccid was not as big as with the cool down.

How much do you stretch it while having a cool down?

I usually never warm down or cool down.

I usually warm shower after my session.
What I’ve tried.. Is after my PE stretches, I get myself erect again and slip on a jelly silicone cock ring.
Love the feeling because it keeps my penis plump thru the shower.
Has anyone tried this? Any good or bad results?

But havent tried the cold shower, afraid of the turtle..

Ill give it a try.. And report back on monday.

I don’t stretch it whatsoever while cooling down. I just let the cold water do it’s thing. I might hold the shower head quite close to my penis and balls and you get quite an enjoyable sensation but no stretching. I’ve more than worked out my penis sufficiently enough during my workout to not have to worry about any further stretching.

I thought stretching the penis while cooling down was mandatory to have a effect on gains?

That hasn’t been my findings. My cool down is a cold shower, as cold as I can make it. This leaves me with a plump, fat penis whereas warming down tends to result in a mild turtling effect.

Okay :) How about erect gains?

You can see my erect gains in my sig. Went from 7.2” BPEL to 8.4” BPEL. After a break I’ve recently returned to PE and I went from 7.7” BPEL to 8.1” BPEL in the space of 2-3 months.
I am a fast gainer initially and will regain any size I lost in a matter of a few short months, then I tend to plateau at that size (8.4” BPEL x 6.1” meg) for quite a while.

Anyway, I digress :)

Cool down needs to be done in a stretched state.

What about using cold air to cool down. I think ice, cold water, and ice packs can shock the penis to easily and that’s not the goal here. I think standing in front of an air conditioner for 1-2 minutes after your PE workout and hold the penis in a light stretched state would be perfect because you can step away from the cold air whenever you want to check your penis temp. The cold air won’t shock the penis maybe you can even cool down longer than 2-3 minutes maybe 10 if you feel like holding your penis in a elongated state for that long.

Any thoughts on the air Conditioner cool down method? I’ll try it tomorrow morning and let everybody know how it goes.

Alot of infos here. I’ve read the whole thread. Definitely will apply this method after I get conditioned. For now I will just skip the hot warm down and see what happens (I’m om Newbie Routine for 4 months now).

Will start the 2 minutes cooldown only with exercises that provides great expansion.

I was thinking about maybe puting a washcloth in the freezer, and using that for a cool down.

Would it be best to stretch during cool down or try the cool down while erect?
