Cool Down - YES You NEED It!

I find this theory very plausible. Though, is there any hard evidence to support it. A rat’s tail is not an anatomical duplicate to a man’s penis. I guess what I’m saying is, is there anyone on here who was having trouble gaining then switched to a cool down for impressive gains? Would this work after clamping? Thank you.

I have had amazing gains. I wasn’t really taking note of whether it was due to applying this technique (I PE under a hot shower, then turn it to cold at the very end of the session, while in a manual clamp), but I do remember having good gains after implementing this. It definately works IMO

Whats your routine? Did you see results in girth or just length?

My penis shrivels up like a mini-dog if I use a cool-down. I thought that was a bad thing? Things stay nice and plump when I add heat at the end.Am I maybe doing something wrong?

I had great gains in both length and girth ( 1.5” and 0.5” respectively). I’ll share it with you in another post as it is late now…

Just to make things clear for everyone: We are not putting an ice-pack on the non-extended penis here. We are cooling the penis, while it is in the extended state IE. while still stretched, or in the hanger. Typically for me, my penis stays extended after removing the cold, then fills back up with blood again gradually.

I'm consistent in spurts, but gains are undeniable!

Well said. That goes for all threads here, not just this one. It’s OK to just read the last post or bits of a thread if you just want to ‘catch the drift of it’, but if you want to make an intelligent reply to a serious thread, please give it a good read.

Of course, if it’s a ‘rate the tits’ thread you need not check it all out.

I liked the thread until I read reduces tissue damage. I thought tissue damage and deformation is the way forward to progress. I know cold is the key to healing though, it rocks, no offence, I know your right, but do you get my point?

I have for some time warmed up in the shower under as hot of water as I could take, then jelq and stretch in the shower.
But I never thought about icing or cooling to lock in any tissue lengthening or gain.

The I remembered the center on my basketball team who also played football, and got big as sh!t his last few years of high school would always ice down after he lifted, and I’d make fun of him. LOL

Now I’ll be icing down with freezing cold water to the groin at the end of my shower, while stretching as far as it’ll go.

Are you suggesting a flash freeze method, like going from a hot steamy shower to an icy cold one?

I am currently doing manual stretches in the shower under hot water and achieving 0.3 - 0.5 inches of additional stretch by the end of the workout, and then getting out of the shower and jelqing for 5-10 minutes. Would you say that the cool down during my 5-10 minutes of Jelq is not fast enough? Possibly not cold enough?

Anyway, it seems to be working, but I am excited to try your cool down method.
