There are very very few legitimate 9 inch or 9 inch plus cocks anywhere, period.
I can measure from the side and get almost to 9” , but correctly along the top I’m 7.25.

I was not expecting that at all and just said, “Not much I can do about it.”
I like that way of saying it. I have a (female) friend that I visit with from time to time. I am usually standing up, while she is in her office chair. At first she would just look. Then a couple of times she mentioned something about it being “in her face”. (It wasn’t literally “in her face”, but I got her meaning.) I explained that men buy jeans based on waist size and inseam, and that pretty much is all that they get to choose from, unless they want to buy baggy jeans just so that they fit “somewhere else”.
From now on, I will likely just use the shortened version above and shrug it off.
Been there. I learned years ago after official complaints and (red faced) explanations at work that baggy pants were the way to go. On a warm day I hang about 6 inches soft and learned after my PE gains that I had to hide the bulge and that my old tighter jeans were out. When I’m not at work and wearing regular jeans, I get stares all the time, since it snakes down my leg when I sit down (boxers). Outside of work.. Let them look.

I felt a bit naughty earlier. I knew at a band practice I would be standing opposite two new girls, who are lesbians (and together), so I wondered if they would look if I wore tighter jeans and boxers.
