Doing Cardio / Biking while Clamping!
Does anyone do this?
I clamp during biking and the time I can clamp is greatly increased. Sitting and just having the clamp on I get circulation problems after 12 minutes. (of course kegels and untighten the clamp can solve this problem.)
On the bike I can for about 30 minutes without any problems whatsover. I suspect the leg work rushes blood in. Its interesting cause without the clamp I turtle the most when physicly engaged.
