Okay so from 21.7% down to 16.8% I went from ~1.25” to about .75”. However it is more dramatic than that because away from the base of the shaft the entire puffiness of the fat pad gets reduced, essentially it flattens and the entire package looks more pronounced. Also the shaft has the appearance that it emerges from a higher point so that adds to how the package is framed. Also from an esthetic perspective it just looks better without the puffiness of the fat pad.
There are guys here that have posted pictures of their package who are muscular and lean and you can see all of that effect.
I never appreciated any of that till it was brought to my attention when I got here.
There are a lot of skinny guys that still have that issue, because they’re just skinny but not really lean.
You have to do everything. You have to get on a meal plan so you reduce the calories slightly while making sure you get enough protein to preserve muscle during the cut, you have to lift weights to build muscle and you have to do some light aerobics to burn calories so that you can eat enough to get the protein in but still be in a caloric deficit.
Losing weight is easy, leaning up requires greater precision.
