Girth routine, how long before a change

I’m curious to know what the experienced members think is a reasonable time frame to spend on a girth routine without any growth?

When do you acknowledge it doesn’t work?

I’d say six months is an adequate amount of time.

By girth routine, do you mean pumping? I can’t say that pumping has helped me but it could possibly be evening out the girth rather than adding to my peak at mid-girth.

I find my tunica is my biggest constraint and therefore manual girth routines were much more targeted and effective.


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

I’d say no more than 90 days. Heck I start looking to change stuff up after 30 days of no gains length or girth.

You should be seeing slow changes within the first few weeks. If the tissues are damaged enough for cellular repair/growth you should begin to see changes of some kind. Lack of growth/changes indicates tissues aren’t stressed enough/correctly. One way to check if the tissues are being stressed and deformed is to inspect the sides of the shaft for tiny bumps or a feeling like shreaded wheat while semi-erect. Hard to explain. In my experience, when the sides of the shaft are smooth, the tissues have returned to a “normal” repaired state. I used to get that feeling after a few days/weeks of laying off PE. Also, the smaller the starting girth, the more pronounced the size increase.. Law of diminishing returns. Just my experience in PE.. Everyone has the technique they respond best to.. Mine was clamping and ADS wearing. Gained 2 inches of girth with it. Do what works for you, not what worked for others.

Ribs?

With BBQ sauce.! My favorite.! No.. Haha At least in my case, I feel cell separation beneath the skin like there’s a fine texture to it. I think its the key to my fast gains. I keep myself in the state with that texture feeling beneath the skin. If you are feeling ribs, the tissue is not being stressed enough and you are feeling the CC chambers, Before I really took off in size, I had the ribs too. After I stopped PE in the late 90’s, the smooth feel and the ribs feeling came back.

To be honest I don’t understand, apart from ribs, scar tissue, or maybe old lymph fluid build up, I do not see what it could be.

Look bro it’s all about feeling. If you don’t feel like you’re working it then you’re not. Think of it like going to the gym. If you’re not in constant pain during the last third of your set then you’re not doing it right. Pain is how you know you’re doing it right. With girth work you should feel pressure and intense expansion inside. Oftentimes for me it’s nearly unbearable but I continue. I edge myself while wearing a custom cock ring I made myself so I know I’m not doing damage due to still being able to keep the erection (erection subsides if I don’t do anything for 1 min). If you do some half ass jelqs, low intensity clamping or something else that’s equally as lame then you won’t grow bro it’s as simple as that. It doesn’t matter how many weeks, months or years you do it for. Only way to grow is to suffer through the pain. You’re trying to get your body to produce new tissue (cells) through mechanical stimulation so if your girth work is just a step up from masturbation and you don’t do what I’m saying then I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you. This line is very fine so you probably think “well I just won’t go that hard because I don’t want to cross it” but that’s the wrong idea bro. With practice you’ll constantly be riding up to the line. If you can do that then there’s no reason why you can’t grow at 0.25 inch per month if you just started to 0.125 to in per month if you’re experienced. Just make sure to stick to 3 days a week to give yourself time off.

It doesn’t take pain to get girth. Pain should be avoided for any method of PE you select. Pain proceeds injury. Clamping until the point of pain can permanently break your dick.
