Girth Too Small To Clamp?

I’ve got two medium clamps. They don’t clamp my unit very tight at all. My girth is about 4 5/8.

Any suggestions?

Inner girth medium cableclamp when fully closed is 10.5cm (4.1”).

Ok I can see how that can be difficult. Use more wrap and don’t tighten till you’re almost fully erect.

Btw it’s better to start with just one cableclamp. If you use 2 you might increase the pressure in some veins to more than what they can handle.

Try a terry cloth wristband. They come in different thicknesses and widths. I have some with a Nike logo that are probably 2.5 inches long and a 1/4 inch thick — very comfortable under the clamp. Once you have it on you can roll back the top over the clamp so that more shaft is exposed for you to closely monitor.

Given that you just started with PE in March, I think it may be a little soon for the clamps. But you’re the captain of your ship.

Like Piet said, just use more wrap. I like to use part of an Ace bandage folded in half widthwise.
