Pumping targets girth more than length.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

As well as clamping, and ULIs. And Squeezes, I think. But I’m rusty on that last exercise.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

If they pass a few months I guess i take this path.

Do you think a complete ring (cock & balls) works for me on girth? or this will destroy my EQ? I’m just a newbie five months with Linear newbie routine with a very soft routine .

And I had to stop 2 or 3 times per overdo with jelqs as my EQ suffered .. I’ve only done JAI for soften the robe because I just want thick.( but for me the functionality comes first)

You can do only the jelqing part of the routine.

Do them dry and do half of them. 50 dry ones for every 100 wet ones, maybe 40. It depends. Your penis will tell you that.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

Yes .But strech always up helps to soften the tunica. No? And when the tunica is soft It is more feasible enlarge girth

this week I’ve been doing 2on1off. 2 or 5 minutes stretching up and between 80 and 150 wet jelqs.
My EQ is really good.

I have to slightly increase the number of jelqs for 15 days. And when fully conditioned (my unit) start with what you say.

I’m a little worried (for do dry jelqs or dont do i dont know)because I have some leftover .
foreskin.
