Jelqing & Stretching 101

Beginner

Did my first session today and I just jelqed for 20 minutes with a 50% erect penis. I’m not sure BPEL and all these time tables mean, but I hope to learn soon. Also is there a place where I can post a picture of my dick and the progress monthly or is that not allowed on here?

I’ve got a bit of a query with regards to jelqing and manual stretching.
My usual routine is to warm up for 15-20 mins in the shower, during this time I do light manual stretches and helicopter shakes to loosen up. Probably only around 5 mins light stretches. I then do 15-20 mins wet jelqing and during that time do 5-6 jelq squeezes, holding for up to 10 seconds. Then a 10 min warm down.
What is anybody’s thoughts to warming up first with a heat pack, doing my jelqing routine then warm down and stretch in the shower afterwards ?
Would like to hear any thoughts or suggestions.

Hi all, finding this website and forum has been very inspiring and motivating to become a member and start with PE. Reading all those threads with gains, advice and tips on how to maximize effectiveness and so on, all very good stuff. However, just out of curiosity, I googled PE and what do you know, Wikipedia popped up. To my horror I found this: ’ variety of physical therapy techniques have been used in an attempt to enlarge the human penis. To date, none has been scientifically demonstrated to be effective.’ or (of jelqing) ‘While there are many anecdotal claims of success from supporters of the technique, there is no medical evidence for its effectiveness.[8] Furthermore, medical journalist Christopher Wanjek has said that the claim that the technique will “enlarge the penile cavities that fill with blood, making for larger erections.. Makes no sense biologically.”[9] Similarly, Sue Johanson explains jelqing cannot possibly enlarge the penis, though it is unlikely to cause any serious damage.’ How can this be? Scientists need an overwhelming body of evidence before they’ll believe anything. Has PE been scientifically studied? By actual scientists? That’s why there’s so many haters out there. Hey Starfighter, when you do fowfers do you actually feel a pull on your ligs while you are in the stretch, or only afterwards, or never?

I have been messing around with it today, but am finding it “unsatisfactory” as a stretch.

Im spending enough uncomfortable time getting in to position that I am satisfied that I am doing it correctly,

however, even if i then rub\scoot my butt further up the chair to really tuck it back, I still feel little if anything.

That’s completely opposite from me. I sit on the couch and scoot my butt forward so I’m reclined, and I get a huge stretch. Don’t know if it’s ligs or what but it burns. Grab your glans and take your whole dick around the side of your balls. Then hold the shaft down with your other hand and grab the glans from behind your leg and pull back. Tuck it as far back as possible and sit. I feel it immediately.

Now, what you guys do to pull away skin from the glans when you make wet jelqs. I need help with this. I can’t do it without loosing my penis from one hand. And I end up doing it the wrong way. Please, HELP.

I think it all has to do with how tight your grip is and what your erection level is

Mainly jelqing with some stretching

I have just started out with my first newbie routine. Did a lot of reading and some practice, but only now formed my first routine that I could stick to for at least a few months. Similar to the one suggested by luvdadus, but modified:

“5min hot wrap
2min manual stretch
10-15min jelq
Some kegels(enough to reduce erection)
Some hot wrap
5-10min manual stretch
5min how wrap
Some kegels(don’t really count them)”

When I start with a stretch I can not last more then 1-2 minutes, before I go semi-erect(that is why my initial stretch is only 1-2min). Then I shift directly to jelqing. I do mix wet and dry jelqing techniques simultaneously(using lubricant). Occasionally adding some squeezes. All together jelqing lasts about 10-15minutes. After jelqing I do some kegels to come back to flaccid state. Then I add some hot wrap and do some stretching again.

To sum up everything, I do mix up the routine and insert some kegels in between to control my erections. I have this problem with manual stretching. I believe it is not useful to stretch semi-erect penis. Is it? When I start it goes semi-erect too quickly. My first routine might look a little bit too much, but I did have some experience with PE before. I tried some exercises, worn some crap extenders, but nothing consistent. I decided to dedicate myself to PE and be persistent. After reading through thundersplace forum I feel that it will pay back :)

Is such inconsistency bad for a newbie routine?
Any advice or comments will be appreciated. Thanks
