Jelqing & Stretching 101

I haven’t still understood 2 things:

1) when performing DRY JELQS is warming up necessary??
2) when performing stretches how much pulling force have I to use?? I mean how much compared to the force one could use to get Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretched Length?


Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.

Nice post. Amazing basics cleared up. Now I should search to see if stretching is actually irritating my inguinal hernia patch.

I have a question…is it possibile to do ONLY jelqing without doing strecthing at all???

The answers to these may be within this thread however there are pages of posts so please be patient with me and answer as best you can.

1)What are lig pops and are they a good sign?

2)You said 200 jelqs first week, 300 jelqs 2nd week, 500 jelqs after a month or so. I originally read this in another website, however after coming here i read in the alternate newbie thread that I should do very low jelqs and work my way up 20 every 2 weeks. Its been 3 months of working with this strategy, and i see no gains however I believe I just started jelqing with good form 2 weeks ago, and I’m currently at 220 3-5 second jelqs per session. Should I continue with this 20 every 2 weeks method, or should I increase to 300 in 3 weeks, and 500 in 2 months from now? What do the vets think is more efficient, the greater or lesser method?

3) You said I should pull my skin all the way back, I am circumsized and I have previously read that I shouldn’t pull skin back because I will hurt near the glans if they are not protected by a layer of skin, and I should not grab any more than half an inch under the glans because it creates less of a stretch? What is your opinion on this matter?

4) From your knowledge how affective is the lot theory? I haven’t paid any mind to it because many have said it is simply a hypothesis and not affective, but can many attest that it is a very good method to use?

Improving my Best Friend in 3 Dimensions.

I have a question about my technique. I have found it easier to use and overhand grip and jelq in a downward motion. Is this wrong or is it not getting the same effect as the other ways?

Thanks for the thread. I found that spinning your penis like a helicopter after stretching to put some blood in your penis after a stretch or jelq is suppose to be good for you. Kind of used to take a little stress off your penis after the exercise. See what anyone thinks.

For stretching, why is it preferred to grab a half inch behind the glans, instead right behind the glans? I feel like I get a better grip right behind my glans instead of further away.

I am just looking as to why, because I don’t want to damage anything! Lol

Stretching is very important. I think when anyone does any type of PE, they should do stretches.
