I see that this was posted a little over a decade ago, how valid is all this information on this thread Jelqing & Stretching 101 now in 2016? I typed in a bunch of key words such as newbie/beginner etc. I just want to make sure this is what I should start off with. Thanks.

As long as you don’t overtrain, it’s fine
