Knowing whether you are limited by Dorsal Thickening/Septum

Interesting post, Firegoat. I confirm that heat is important for good PE workout. After re-adding warm down to my routine, my gains restarted. It’s not a enormous gain, but I’m gaining. So, thanks for info.

Kbs: I think that doing 20min of fulcrum stretches with warm before/after/during workout it’s good enough. Don’t forget about jelqs.
As for extender, I don’t have any experience with it.

I just recently doubled my fulcrum hang workouts by doing back to back sets, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The resulting extra stress this last week has given me a drop in EQ that worries me.

I have had lingering flu symptoms for the last few weeks which doesn’t help, but I’m hoping the extra stress will be enough to spur some new growth and justify my flagging EQ.

I haven’t increased the weight though, in fact several times during the afternoon set I’ve had to reduce it.

That was the answer I was hoping for, Thank you.

Next year I will have less time so I will keep the Fulcrum for then, this year I Have more time so I will use it for the extender.

I haven’t been actively PEing lately. I took at look at the link firegoat posted and realised I’ve never used such a thick fulcrum (usually having used drum sticks from my kit). Wow it made a huge difference. So much easier, not uncomfortable and the stretch felt a lot better. Not only that, I actually heard/felt a lig pop! In my whole career I’ve never had a lig pop before, was totally awesome!

you posted a link of the IR lamp, which is no longer working (of course after a longer period).
Could you specify which conditions (performance, brand and so on) the IR should have, because I have no clue which one is the right for me..

I’ve gotten tired of reading about mineral lamps and explaining why they’re good. Here’s some good info and some places you can buy one. I’m unsure whether they actually all come out of the same factory or not, do your best not to spend a fortune and try to buy one from a site that provides the information the first two info sites I’ve provided tells you about. Hopefully they have enough power, because I read somewhere that they may be to weak and even the skin surface gets only like 30 degrees. I mean, for changing the shape of the collagen-fibres a higher temparature is needed, isn`t it?

I use an industrial heat gun.

The human body’s resting temperature is about 37 degrees Celsius. The TDP lamps get extremely hot. If you touch them directly with your skin, it will burn you immediately. You want to heat collagen up to about 39 degrees C, more if possible.

Why did I just paste all those links to TDP far-infrared mineral lamps? The normal red IR lamps are much cheaper, I’ve also found them to have little to no effect in dealing with the cord.

Also you don’t need a stove, oven, heater or hot water system when you’ve got an industrial heat gun.

Another thing:

I mean the septum is part of the tunica. And focussing the power of stretching on the tunica can be done very well with fulcrum stretches, right? But the septum is on the upside of the penis. So if I hang BTC it looks to me (just my imagination) that the spetum gets more of a stretch (because you see the “steel cord” how it gets strong) than OTS.

So now I am not that sure anymore which angle is the best for stretching the septum the best..?

Monitor your PI’s since they will indicate whether you routine is effective or not.
