I saw very little gains from jelqing. I may have been doing them wrong. As a newbie I used manual stretches and then one of the first extenders, the MaxExtender.
I think that Uli’s are great for girth. I have not done Horses.
I do Erect Bends to try to get some tunica stretch. Try those but be very careful. I have a tough tunica so it can take alot of abuse unfortunately.
