I guess no one else. I really need someone to explain to me again how do you use your hands when pulling, my wrists were killing me and I had to stop.

Kamel, here’s what my stretch looks like:

I sit on the edge of the chair, straight up just like mem. I do a very light 25-30% jelq to get some blood into the glans and then grip behind it with my thumb and index finger of the pulling hand. I let loose the grip just a hair and kegel in more blood until I have a glans at 40% full and a shaft that is completely flaccid. I pull straight out until all the slack is gone, but without applying any real force, and then drape my penis over my vitamin jar. I ease into the stretch over the course of 30 seconds or so and use my hand only to hold my penis and apply force with the shoulder. It takes practice but it works well.

Now, be very careful when you’re stretching with blood in your glans if you choose to go that route. Pain, red spots and any other negative PI’s mean you need to let up. Maybe some of the other vets can chime in on this one. Any more questions? Shoot away and we’ll try our best to answer.

Are you bending your wrists upwards, as in palms up and away from you when your arm is stretched out from you (like a police officer signaling stop)? If so, you are placing a lot of stress on some nerves that pass through the nooks and crannies in your wrists when you put force on them (as I mentioned earlier, typical kayaker’s problem). Try to keep your wrists as straight as possible.

Yep, im doing that. But I dont realize how to put my wrists. I bend them upwards a lot and the pain is killing me. Also if I dont grab hard my penis, my hand slips down. I dont know what to do. :(

You shouldn’t bend them upwards, that’s when you hurt the nerves. You should try to grab so that you keep your wrists straight, like when boxing.

The Perfect Inverted_v Stretch

Hey guys, i have been messing with mems method for a while not really sticking to the set plan but tring ifferent aspects of it while engaging in other forms of PE. today i am happy to announce that i blieve i have found the perfect “device” on which to perform the inverted V stretch. It is a can of murrays pomade. for all of you who are not of an ethnic background pomade is the african american/latin american equivalent to hair gel, but that isnt important because all we are after is the shape of the can. it is very narrow so it fits perfectly between your legs and it just the right diameter to get a god stretch. you can find this can at any walmart in the ethnic hair care products section. there are other cans of the exact same size so possibly one may be cheaper than the other but all are under 5 bucks. with this can i had the best stretch of my life and finally was able to see how the inverted V stretch should be done. hope this helps you all in you PE. peace.

I gained 1/4” after coming back from a 1.5 year long break on a very abbreviated version of this. I am still working my way up to the full routine (my penis cannot withstand horses again just quite yet) so it will be a while before I can make any claims. I sure wish Mem was around.

I am concentrating on my length at the moment and I am not doing any girth work, as there is a school of thought in the forum which says that girth work hinders length development. True or not, I would like to increase my length mainly and do the girth work later.

After gradual level manual exercises, I have moved into hanging and done gradually increasing levels of minutes for 3 months. I was hanging for 2 hours recently, but I couldn’t gain any length at all. I am looking into this rapid gain mechanism and I wondered:

1-) would I gain any length just by doing inverted V streches?
2-) when I strech my penis fully and exert pressure on it, I feel that the bottleneck of my length lies at the tunica. Although the skin can expand further, it is the tunica that is holding the penis. Yet I dont feel a resistance on my tunica when I do inverted Vs. The real resistance happens when I do normal Vs. Does this mean I should do regular Vs? Or is it normal to feel a non-resistant tunica during a strech?

I just want to comment on this dying dog - I switched from my old cylinder (2.5” diameter by 5” length) to an 11 OZ can of Green Giant Niblets (3” diameter by 3.5” length, ‘muy crujiente’) and can already feel a big difference in the stretch. It feels as though I’m hitting a bigger stretch of my tunica and will experiment with this a lot more.

My roommate and his drunk buddy(ies?..!?!?!) already rustled around in my drawer and found my gloves (four pairs), my bib hangers, my wench, my vitamin jar, my fine tooth shavers and my cockrings. Hey, a can of corn can’t hurt I guess.

This sounds like a kick-ass routine. I’ve been doing the newbie methods for a couple of months now with maybe a quarter inch gain, but that’s even questionable. (The limiting factor is probably my consistency since I’m having a difficult time getting enough privacy and time.) So I’ve decided that it’s time to move on.

Also, the 20 minute inverted-A stretch sounds painful and maybe dangerous. Wouldn’t that much pressure on the nerve area where you grip the penis possible cause damage. Not to mention the circulation loss to the head? Unless, of course, I read it wrong and you’re supposed to take breaks between stretches of, say, a minute or so.

You read it wrong. Check the original post again and you’ll see that it clearly states that each stretch is roughly 3 min or so. Then you loosen your grip and regain circulation. The inverted V-stretch is a nice stretch which will target but the tunica and the suspensory ligaments (especially if you can lea back a little).
