This is such a great thread. It really should be made an article out of it:-)

Having had some time off I have gradually built up my intensity and I will start on Mem`s routine from monday on. Perhaps I will do only ten minutes of stretching the first weeks, but I`m conditioned for jelqing so I will start with the full portion of the evening session.

One question though,

What about kegels?

They were not mentioned in this thread as far as I can see?

I have previously done them while warming up but I have been thinking of getting more dedicated and making a routine for them as well. Unneccessary or what?

Bollocks (not the dog kind), I guess I missed that out. Modesto and Antistar have made mentions.

There’s actually a lot of kegelling in the 2nd part of this routine. You kegel maybe two or three times for a Horse440, to force in extra blood (and even more if you do 2 Horse440s in a row) and you kegel in extra blood at the start of the Sadsak mod. Holding a kegel for the duration of both these exercises is a good idea too.

That’s probably all the kegelling you really need for a toned BC but if you want to go wild, do. I used to kegel when the mood hit - hardly a method or routine.

I had an interesting PM from a guy who’s been doing this routine for 3 months without gaining. I can’t really say much more without invading his privacy, but maybe he’ll post.

I did try a similar routine for one month. Stretching 20 min in the morning and at night. I didn’t gain anything in length but then I wasn’t in a growth period, I’ll try something similar again when I get into a growth period.

Been lurking a while and have to say that this routine seems to work the best for me schedule wise.

I am going to give it a go for a few months and see what happens. I’ll post measurements soon as I get em.

What do you mean by ‘growth period’? How do you determine when you are in one? It seems to me that if a jelqing routine is done correctly that there is always potential for growth.

Where do you feel the stretch when you do the inverted Vs? I am doing it and pulling quite hard but honestly I do not feel much.

Hmm well I feel something but I’m not sure it is right.if someone could describe it it would be very helpful

I’ve read that newbies should focus on length first then girth.should I hold off on the horse squeezes?

Simply a period where you experience growth, you know this by tracking your gains. The opposite would be what we PE’ers call a plateau where you stop gaining for a certain period. Maybe there is always potential for growth, but for me that potential is not always the same. In a plateau, for example, the potential is slim to none. I would rather spend my time doing PE while the potential is good (growth period), problem is, how do you control or predict the potential? I’m slowly starting to notice a pattern.
