I had been doing this routine for a couple of weeks and in that short window of time my dick was healthier-looking, my flaccid hang was longer and fatter and I was getting hard with a change of breeze. Then disaster struck. I had an ingrown or pulled hair on my shaft (not sure which) and I had to lay off completely for 2 weeks. The fallout from that is that my dick is back to it’s sad original state, but I started up the routine again today. Only problem is, my dick doesn’t seem to want to co-operate the way it did before. The hot wrap isn’t plumping him up like previously, and I can’t get a grip worth a damn to perform a decent stretch - the fucker is small and keeps slipping out. Hoping it will return after a few days.
My questions are as follows:
1) Should the V-stretch only be performed when 100% flaccid?
2) How should my unit look and feel after a stretching session of 20 minutes in order for me to know whether it’s been effective or not?
Before the break it felt worked-out, but in week 2 I noticed my head was fucking purple and I had some blood spots. Same goes for today after my first session back in action. Is this a sign that I’m not hitting the target?
