Mem's Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism

Oh I try to keep it down to where I can get just enough blood in to still have something to hang on to at the end of the jelq, so I can pull and stretch. Like I said, I’m going for length now, so of course I’m trying to stay away from medium/high erection levels.

I tried to read through this thread but alot to take in. I have a few questions and if they’ve been answered before then sorry.

How long into the routine before you should start to see results?
I’ve exhausted all newbie gains so should I still be able to see gains relatively quick?
For the inverted V-stretches can I used 3 drum sticks in a row? It is approximately 1.5” in diameter.

I’m looking for just about another .4 - .5 EL. I hope this routine helps. I’m starting to get frustrated as I haven’t gained in about 3 months.

Since posting this in March have you persisted with the program and have you achieved any gains?

Like you, I have been stuck on a plateau for several years after making good early gains (mainly through pumping). In an attempt to get things moving again I have been following this routine for one month now. I was very impressed by the structure and thinking behind Mem’s routine (I have never done any serious manual stretching or jelqing before). Although I have not measured yet, I am enjoying amazing night and morning wood and my cock definitely looks and feels bigger. I think impatience is our biggest enemy, and committing to a routine means many months of effort and dedication if we are to realise any gains. Since I am a PE lifer, I am thinking of sticking with this routine even if measurable results don’t materialise since it suits my lifestyle and the positive PI’s are worth it anyway.

I definately agree with the morning stretches, night jelqing!

V-stretches eh? There’s ton’s of way’s too make your rod gain, I’m going crazy with all the different ways.

I guess that’s why I was such an over trainer.

I have been following the stretching and jelqing parts of this routine for 6 weeks; 4 x 6 minutes stretch (3 minutes each hand) and 600 dry jelqs. I’ve gained one eighth of an inch in length and lost the same amount of girth. Visually it looks like I’ve gained much more length than the measured gain; and I’m not too bothered by the girth loss as I’m still just under 6”. EQ has gone through the roof with frequent rock hard night erections. I intend to stick with this routine as it has brought me my first gain in many years.

I’ve only been doing this routine a couple of weeks but already the quality and size of my erections has improved, as well a slight increase in the size of my flaccid hang. I’m pleasantly surprised because I didn’t expect any difference until after a month or so. Can’t wait to see how I’ve improved after a couple of months on this!

I follow wadzillas advice in doing girth every other day. I do the girth program in mem’s but when I jelq I do a 20-30 squeeze every 10 jelqs (another great tip from wadzilla) which really plumps the unit. I do jelqs at 60-75% so tunica is unloaded (once again from wadzilla), with jelq strokes 5-7 seconds. Do the horses every 5 min. As in mems. At the end I do maybe 6-9 horses, 4 sadies, and about 20 uli 3’s to finish.

Then through day I do jai’s every time I think of them, while I am waiting for water to boil, while I’m waiting for toast, etc. Also in the evening while I watch TV I do jai’s, lig stretching. On girth days I do squeezes and super squeezes while watching TV as well. I rarely take a day off completely because I rest every other day with girth. But what I read about length and stretching the more you do the better so I may not do the inverted V stretch in mems here and there but I am doing jai’s and lig stretches through the day. I find it hard to keep my hand off it if I have idle time.

I started mems routine earlier than would be recommended but I felt it was such a good routine I didn’t want to wait. I listen to my body very well and am attuned to whats going on with it from yoga and martial arts. So I did horses and uli 3’s earlier than is recommended but I was very careful and controlled pressure along the way.

I had been doing this routine for a couple of weeks and in that short window of time my dick was healthier-looking, my flaccid hang was longer and fatter and I was getting hard with a change of breeze. Then disaster struck. I had an ingrown or pulled hair on my shaft (not sure which) and I had to lay off completely for 2 weeks. The fallout from that is that my dick is back to it’s sad original state, but I started up the routine again today. Only problem is, my dick doesn’t seem to want to co-operate the way it did before. The hot wrap isn’t plumping him up like previously, and I can’t get a grip worth a damn to perform a decent stretch - the fucker is small and keeps slipping out. Hoping it will return after a few days.

My questions are as follows:

1) Should the V-stretch only be performed when 100% flaccid?

2) How should my unit look and feel after a stretching session of 20 minutes in order for me to know whether it’s been effective or not?

Before the break it felt worked-out, but in week 2 I noticed my head was fucking purple and I had some blood spots. Same goes for today after my first session back in action. Is this a sign that I’m not hitting the target?

I am wondering if it is best to start out with the newbie routine first, or to get into this one straight away? If the newbie routine is best to start out with, what kind of time should it be done for (6 weeks? or whatever)?

Number 7, read, read, read. I have spent hours reading on here. Most questions, such as yours are covered. Your specific question is even answered earlier in this thread. I personally won’t give advice as I am just doing this a little over 2 months and there are wonderful, incredibly knowledgeable guys on here that forget what I know in a nights sleep. You can absorb a lot of their advice in reading.

I am moving on from the Newbie Routine to this. My first work out was today and it was very good, both the morning and the evening sessions. I will do this routine for a few weeks and report the results here. I just hope that my EQ doesnt drop too much from this.
