To be fair, I never have seen any proof of what Bib claimed. But I don’t mind, he seems to speak sense and I’ve been gaining. Which I’m going to attribute to PE not the fact I was 19 (now 20) and still in the age your dick can grow which I hear can be as late as 21.

Awesome, I tried the inverted v! I modded it my own way! Does this sound good!? I use a home made bib hanger, I want to make a captain’s wench. I attatch something long and flexible( I use a soft belt from my wife’s coat to the end of the bib! I sit on the couch, naked w/ a baseball bat on top of my thighs. I pull and stretch my cock over and down the baseball bat! I get a pretty good stretch that way! For hands free I pull the belt almost btc ( but not up my crack, to the side)and around over my shoulder! My weight keeps it in place! Relax and watch tv . I don’t know if it has the same affect I just started doing it! I started PE like 4 months ago! Mostly home made ads for a couple hours a day! No warm up! I grew slightly but now I want real results! I am now warming up for about 5 minutes with hot water bottle. I grew a bout .25 to .5 inch in length which brings me to bpel 7. My goal is 8 to 9 then I will focus on girth. I place the hot water bottle on top of my dick while in this position to keep it warm and lose. What do you guys think

I’m about 5 1/2 weeks into a modified beginner routine, but am always appreciative of constructive criticism. So far have gained about 1/2 inch BPEL and roughly the same in girth. Here is my routine, let me know how I can improve/integrate different exercises into my routine.
Here it goes:
Warm up and fowfer for roughly 40 min usually 3 times a week

2 days on 1 day off:
10 minute warmup
100 very slow jelqs, leaves lots of red spots and puffiness towards the tip.
OM - 15 reps for each different part
30 second squeezes: roughly 8 or 9 sets, 1 or 2 stop and starts halfway through, then blow my load at the end

Ei guys i just started doing this routine today and one question:

Can everybody do it without a problem?

The inverted V-stretch gave a very dark colour to the tip of the glans and my hand started hurting.

In the horse squeezes to torniquet the base of the penis is hard as hell to my hands and i don’t seem to manage going with the ok sign hand down the glands and keep the penis 100 or 90% erect, it kind of bends.

And to finish, with the sadsak head is the same problem with the hands and whenever i ad another finger the pressure goes to the part under the fingers added before, and not to the rest of the unit.

So as you see it’s problems everywhere.

Is it normal all those problems with these exercises?

I just wanted to say that this routine kicks ass. I’ve been doing it for around 2 weeks and have gained noticeable girth. Haven’t been keeping track of growth, but I would guess that since I started I’ve gained almost a 1/4 inch in length and around 3/8 in girth. At first I thought it was just swollen, but after taking a couple days off I was still the same size. How do you know when your gains are cemented?

A god warm-up is very important, especially the more advanced your routine gets. The temperature in your bed is nothing compared to a heated wrap. It’s also very important post-workout.

Yeah well I’m gaining with a clamping routine with no warm ups or cool downs.

Heat may help more though and lower the chances of injury.

I started this routine a while ago, but stopped for a while. Back at it again with heat(10 mins hot water bottle on unit before after, and during), and gained about 1/4 inch length. I gained also about 1/4 inch girth with clamping too. Goal 3/4 more inch each way!

I think the heat helps a lot for getting to maximum stretch (looser tissue) quicker so don’t skip this! Thanks mem sir

I also started this routine probably a year ago and stopped after I gained 1/2 inch in girth and 1/4 inch in length (2 month period) and haven’t done PE since. I have not lost those gains.

Starting again this year for hopefully 6 or more months. I am always going for length and this routine for me feels it’s geared more towards girth but so much more
Convenient than hanging! After I hit 4.5 - 5 inch girth, I probably have to go back to vacu hanging .. Sigh
