I just stumbled upon this thread, and I’m a little bit excited now. Is this routine good for a newbie to do? I’m thinking I should still stick with my Newbie Routine for a few months before I do something like this.


Second Attempt:

Starting [July 19th, 2013]: BPEL: 6.00" MSEG: 4.50" BPFL: 4.00" FG: 4.00"

Goal: BPEL: 7.00" MSEG: 5.5" FL: 4.00"

This is a very intense routine, not for Newbies. You are correct in your assumption, stick with the Newbie Routine till your conditioned.


03/15/08 Bpel 4.75" X Eg 4.4"

04/28/09 Bpel 6.50" x Eg 5.1"

Goal: To get to the other end of the ruler.

Stick with the newbie routine.

Not just because of conditioning, but because you want to gain as easily as possible as long as you can.

Be happy if you can have good gains with only the newbie routine. Take advantage of this process as long as possible!

This was discussed earlier in this thread and in many others. Constant low level strain allows for adaption is my opinion. Of course I have no justifiable reason for holding this opinion, but there we go.

My 6.5 incher isnt long enough to stretch for a v stretch lol i use a hairspray bottle and pull my unit over it…..very uncomfortable

Hey, it seems the V and Lambda-stretches (“Λ” = Lambda) really do make for fast gains. I think I’ve gained 0.2” of length in just 2 weeks, with only 2 sessions per week. All I did was warm up, jelq intensely 20 times and each time at the end of the jelq I would alternately do a V or a Λ-stretch for 10-20 seconds. Nothing else. (I need more length first, so I’m skipping everything else the OP advised, as the rest of that stuff seems girth-oriented.) There’s only one small variation: since I can’t always keep a firm grip for the Λ-stretches, I sometimes pull the tip upwards with my index (while still pushing down behind with my thumb), effectively turning it into a tilde-stretch (“~” = tilde).

Of course, with me being a newbie and all, there are several possible confounding factors:
- Maybe I’ve just found the position where I can properly press the ruler into my pubic bone to measure BPEL correctly and this has given me the “extra length”
- I may just be starting to stretch my ligaments, which means the gains could stop soon
- Maybe the measured gains aren’t permanent

Well as_se, it’s a general rule of thumb that stretching with any erection level is a bad idea, or won’t work. So I think doing A and V stretches while jelqing could be counter-productive. Maybe mem has some insight though.
