Check the hanger’s forum, they’ve been doing this kind of hanging for a while. This technique is about as close to hanging as you get manually, I think. The differences are not all obvious. I think it’s easier to exert greater strain manually if only because the hand is probably the best implement to grip around the penis. How much weight can you lift straight up with a single hand?

I am new to this idea but have done some stretching in the past and hanging..

I just tried this really quick to see how it works and I will tell you this.. My thumb is killing. My forearm isn’t too fond of it either. I am wondering how you are able to do it for so long lol.

Another thing I do is the horse I think you called it for girth.. I trap blood into my penis starting at the base and I kegel first then grab and push it as forcefully into the head/outer extremity as hard/solidly I can.I do this while fully erect because that is the only way I ever feel anything or see anything happening down there. Is this wrong?
(I do this sometimes during sex and my girlfriend goes nuts.she also loves sucking on the engorged head.popping her lips over it etc.) I just wish I could get it to always look and feel that way.

I also noticed that after a few days of this blood trapping stuff, It has been tougher and tougher to get it to have that expanding feeling while pumping the blood to the tip.

After my quick evaluation of the stretch over the toilet/canister.. My dick was hanging as if I just had a good sex session. I only did it for about 1 or 2 minutes. I got to max tension then released a little like you said. I am going to try this after heating it up and stuff. I will do my best and hold as long as I can. Welcome to the forum.

I don’t know why your thumb would kill unless it’s quite weak. The forearm muscles control the hand and the grip is the hardest bit of this. It becomes easier but you may have to work your way up. This is not a routine to jump into anyway, if you are starting out after a break, the newbie routine would be an easier starting place (less prone to the injury that this routine can cause on an unconditioned penis).

It’s impossible to do the horse fully erect unless your idea of fully erect is 90-95% of what other people might consider to be fully erect. Kegeling in in more blood several times and taking maybe 15 seconds or more to set this up before adding the second grip probably helps. If it becomes harder then maybe it’s because you aren;’t doing the jelqing beforehand or are skipping the warm up. Hard to tell from your description. Maybe someone else will have some thoughts on that.

I have been stretching this way for many months. I like to use a paint roller that has a rice sock stuffed inside of it so I can warm it up. Because the roller sits up on the thighs the angle is not exactly what Memento recommends. To get the SO angle I sometimes use a small can of jalapenos turned on its side between my legs.

I used to use a Wenchette but now I use a Vac Hanger with 7-10 Lbs. I also apply heat to the top surface of my shaft while it is folding over the fulcrum.

You’ll get used to it. I could barely do four of the long stretches when I first started but am now doing quite a bit more. Just remember that the force is being exerted by your shoulders, lats, abdomen and lower back. In this move your arm’s role is merely to remain fully extended and your hand should only be holding onto the glans. It takes a bit to master but once you’ve got it you’ll see what mem’s getting at.

Are you sure you’re doing the horses as directed? If you take a peek at the link you’ll see that there is quite a bit of jelqing to warm up followed by only one ‘ultra hard’ set won’t get the full effect of the exercise. Re-read that, compare it to your current routine, and let us know how the two compare.

This is your penis telling you that it’s tired. My guess is that you weren’t ready to jump right into horses as they are one of the more advanced PE exercises. Take a little time to relax.

That is another issue as well.. I tried a few cock rings and they don’t seem to make a big difference.. I just tried one that you pull the gel like strings through a heart shaped part to tighten.. I tighten it after I push all the blood I can into my dick and it’s full.. But then it just goes away. Pisses me off.

Are there any pictures of this routine? I tried to look through the thread but it’s grown (no pun intended). I’ve been hanging for a few months now, mostly in my office and I really haven’t gained too much. Hanging just seems so time consuming, cumbersome and has it’s dangers. Mem’s routine seems much simpler and requires less time, I just want to do it right. I think I a going to give it a shot for a solid month and see what happens. I keeping a wrap on usually all day to keep it extended. And I use a heating pad at various points thru the day for the heck of it.

Then look at what you are using to prevent slippage. If you are using nothing you can expect slippage. Sorry to repeat earlier in the thread (yawn) but a bit of an old t-shirt wrapped around and behind the glans both prevents slippage and restricts the glans from becoming deformed under the stress of a stretch.

Not that I know of. There are of course pictures of the various elements.

I have a sneaking whatjamacallit that hanging and not gaining is just a way of conditioning your dick to withstand a lot of stress, making anything else harder. Of course I have no proof of this and sometimes things that make a certain amount of sense are just as wrong as things that don’t.

Hey memento, I’m new around here don’t post much but your routine sounds interesting. I’m about 5 months into peing now and seen a few newbie gains here and their. Besides the tgc routine by remek and iguana I’m looking into, I also have noticed I have neglected my tunica these last few months only spending 5 minutes or so on each exercise. But at least 10-15 minutes on lig stretching. Your routine on the other hand focuses 20 minutes on tunica stretching, and also jelqs and other smooth muscle exercises.

I would like to ask, how come your routine does not include lig stretching? Whats your take on lig stretching?

My BPEL is 6” and my BPFSL is 7.1”
Had small newbie bpel gains I believe I’m not sure as did not measure when I first started but to date only my BPFSL has increased from 6.1”.

Do you only do the inverted v-stretches? Would doing normal V-stretches be fine as well? I get the idea that you do the inverted ones because it is much more intense because you can use a round object.
Also, are you completely flaccid when you do the stretch or partially erect?

Does your entire routine mostly increase girth or length or both? My EG at the base is 4” and mid shaft up is 4.25”. Would your routine help even things out?

I am reading through the thread right now. I now I should read it all before asking questions, but it might take a while to get through it all.

Wait, so he does the inverted V-stretch in all directions? Or do you mean he does normal stretching in all directions and then after that he does the inverted v-stretch pulling his penis down will placed over a round object.? He uses cock rings, for what?
