I have been an avid follower of this thread and I must admit that it has always been my intention to adapt your techniques on myself. I of course intended to dedicate myself after my A Level examinations (I stay in Singapore) and use the time before I’m called in for NS to work my penis out.

Alas, my enlistment letter has arrived.and I have merely a month between the exams and between the day I have to enter the army.

Any sign of Jelqing in camp during my 2 years of compulsory military service would of course result in some form of harsh punishment (e.g. Detention barracks) and I have to maximise my gains with the time I’ve got.

So perhaps with your expertise (and of course the rest of the Thunders((: ), this poor unfortunate soldier may stand to gain.before the communal showers hits him of course (LOL).

There have been soldiers posting here before who’ve indicated the stealth techniques they’ve used to gain (mostly consisting of PE in the toilet block I think). Maybe searching on stealth techniques would help. This routine is not very stealthy.

Memento do you still do this routine religiously? Also, by day 5 how is your EQ? Sorry if you answered this already, but i just stumbled upon this and have been on for a few hours, so next time i’m on i’ll spend the day reading it, already sounds interesting:)

I stopped PE a long time ago, so no. Erection quality might drop through the week, this is a tough programme and it takes a while to get used to it. Also you are trying to keep your dick at exhaustion point, d’ya get me, so erection quality may lower after each routine for a while.

Would it be a good idea to use an ADS while doing this routine?(to keep it stretched and exhausted)

It’s probably better to ask someone who believes that ADS devices are efficacious rather than someone who thinks they are a waste of time and more likely to cause the penis tissues to react by strengthening itself.

Sorry if this seems like a stupid question, I’m new to PE. I’m looking to make gains of maybe an 1 1/2” in length, and half an inch in girth, and as quickly as possible. Is this routine ok for someone just starting PE, or would I have to start on the newbie routine and build up to this sort of routine? Also, is stretching ligaments the best way for more immediate gains in length?

Welcome navarone. As a newbie the best thing to start with is..guess what?The newbie routine (yes, I know you are really surprised:) ). You can give mem’ routine a try later.

This is a great routine after you plateau with newbie gains. Gained 1/4” from newbie in 7 months, then another 1/4 from this routine in 1 month. I usually add some more stretching after Jelqing.

I will definitely try out this routine once I’ve finished with the 90 days newbie routine.

This is a really effective way to end a routine, you think you’ve got as much pump as you can and this just pushes it that bit further.

The Sadsak mod I did was a single handed effort.

  1. Create an overhand OK at the base of the penis with the thumb and forefinger on about a 60% erection. This should be an effective tourniquet.
  2. Then add the middle finger above the grip and squeeze it hard
  3. then the ring finger, and
  4. then the pinky in the same way.

This is taking a fixed quantity of blood and squeezing it into a smaller and smaller length of penis. The pump is incredible.

After reading and trying the “final Sadsak move” I do that now every time when my routine comes to an end. Thanks for bringing up the idea. I think it’s working just great.
I’m planning to try your complete routine in the future at some point. But not yet since my current PE-routine is working just fine.

Memento, when you state: 20 min long hold inverted v-stretch. Can this be done with the AutoV-stretch Monkeybar sells with the Autoextender?

Why do you believe an ADS just makes your penis tougher and more resistant to further growth?
