I’m new to PE, I found this board months ago but haven’t gotten serious about starting a program. That’s about to change, I’m going to start PE before the end of this month.

My question is should I start with the newbie routine or start with your routine? Is this routine too tough for someone who has never done any PE at all? What’s your recommendation?

Did you move the cylinder during your v stretches up and down the length of the shaft or do every set with it in the same position? Ever think about bringing the penis around the cyclinder from the bottom instead of over the top?

One question to the participants of this thread.

Is it possible to get a lig pop through upward stretching like 10 o clock or do you think it is not possible because lig pops only occur when you do a downward stretch.

Gurkj, 95% of the guys will tell you to start with the Newbie routing. Do the newbie for 3 months, OK? Do it to form a habit, and do it to condition your unit for the more involved routines. Do the newbie and learn how your unit responds. The newbie is the best crash course into PE we know of at this point. Hell, you’ll probably see results to boot! Good luck!

Where would I be without PE?

I’ve been on this routine faithfully now for 10 days, and I’ve hit 8” BPEL - on my off days - a few times; not always. And my girth has plumped up quite a bit (haven’t measured girth recently, more focused on length).

Two observations:

(1) I prefer to do the impaction workout in the morning - better wood, and it holds up better throughout the session. I understand your reasoning for doing it PM, but that just doesn’t work for me.

(2) I don’t know if others have had this problem, but if I extensively hot wrap before jelqing, it kills my wood. My unit becomes like a wet soggy noodle (perfect for stretching, btw), and by the time I finally get it to jelqing level, the warmup seems to have been circumvented anyway. So, regarding the impaction workout, I hot wrap AFTER I’m done. For the traction workout, I warm up - extensively - both before and after.

But its a great workout. I do my jelqs with a full stroke, about 85% wood, and very slowly. I’ve only done the 440 holds minimally, but I finished the workout with that sadsak modified movement - damn, it is intense. I find that I’m sporting a partial chubber throughout the day.

And one final modification: I do kick in some regular V’s - but not to the extent of the inverted V’s. I feel that it gives me a more complete stretch.

Owing to the oddities of my life, I don’t know how long I’ll be able to maintain the workout; hopefully, very long. This has given me the impetus to go for 9 (Piet’s wood is very impressive). And that’s just 1 more inch for me. I think if I can give this workout a good 6- to 9-month run, I’ve got a legit shot at 9 (and my midshaft should be well over 6.5 probably).

That happens to me as well. I also do the jelqing routine in the morning (just cause it fits my schedule better that way). But I really noticed that when I warm up for jelqing, I also get the “soggy noodle” effect.

This routine is really plumping up my girth (again). And the stretching is very intense. I also find that I need those 2 days off - and I take them off consecutively.

What do you guys think…

I’m debating as to when I should start this routine. I’ve been PE’ing for umm, what must be close to 4 years now. About 3 months ago I came off a long break (4-6 months?) and I re-started with 300 wet jelqs based on a 5 on 2 off routine. I did this for 4 weeks and then stopped again. From then on I continued to PE on and off, sometimes 4 times a week and sometimes only once, if that.

Do you think I’d be ready for such a routine as this after such a long time off?

As to this routine, where and Should I incorperate the use of a pump in the exercise. I know it’s an old thread, please respond

Morning session
1-2 times daily mon-fri with 4 hours min break between sessions
5-10 min warm wrap (washcloth)
20 min long hold inverted v-stretch
5-10 min warm wrap (washcloth)

Evening session
10 min warm wrap (washcloth)
15-20 min 80-90% jelq with 1-2 30 sec hold Horse 440 squeezes every 5 mins
2-5 min 30 sec hold horse squeezes mixed with sadsak head exercise mod
10 min warm wrap (washcloth)

Nice gains memento but….do you have some pictures?

My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL

I use a pill bottle between my legs while I am hanging. I am not able to stretch with my hands for that long.

I’m definatly taking your word for those 2 inchs, I’ll start doing this routine starting today I’ll hold it as long as I can.

How do you suggest splitting the rest days? 2 in a row or something like 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off?
