Pardon me, with the pot of e40 cream and the penis stretched over it, I keep my right hand extending the area under the glans and keep that stretched, this is half of the routine. The other half comes from my left hand massaging the ligs. This massage feels like what the stretch should feel like when there is immense power.

When you talk about massage are you pushing in around the base or is it quite gentle? I guess the more detail you give, the more likely others will try it and benefit.

Because I am already heated with IR, already in a stretched position, I find that if I massage the ligs or push and attempt to flatten the ligs against the container( I use a yankee candle in this case, the smaller sized ones) I can reduce the stress on my tunica/shaft and this is the point because I am not looking for shafts gains, I am a newbie and am looking for instant lig gains.
I also ease into this stretch and very carefully test myself before I apply any more pressure. This is not a passive activity in the slightest.

I am also placing IR heat as the most important thing to my routine

When I do the stretch in your program, I push in at the base, basically trying to pull the skin back so that the fat pad part of your unit isn’t being pulled out into the stretch. I’ve found this increases the pull on the ligs and limits pulling the part of your unit where hair grows away from your body. I’ve found it too be effective thus far, I also do the v stretch in 3 ways, 3 min traditionally straight down as per usual and then twist the unit 90 degrees in each direction and do a v stretch each way that way and it feels like an amazing stretch with those twists! That alone seems to get the veins pumped up! I love the new look with more and thicker veins throughout my unit!

I do worry that these twisted stretches concentrate the tension in uncontrollable ways but lots of people seem to do them without injury.

Interesting that you are both doing similar things. It’s like you are adding a secondary fulcrum point in specific areas.

I found that laying the penis on the tub fairly loosely and then stretching controlled the skin stretch quite well (or when done wrong stretched way too much around the frenulum).

I’ve been concentrating on inverted v stretches and have a question. It seems to me that most of the longer dicks are either straight or maybe have a slight downward curve and I’m wondering if straightening out my upward curve will increase my length. Is that the theory behind the inverted v stretches? Looking in the mirror it seems as though my dick would appear an inch or so longer if it was straight. Any thoughts on this?

Have you tried the twisted stretches before mem? Just like with any stretch you definitely have to ease into it and be maybe a little extra careful at first. It feels like a great stretch and seems to get the blood flowing through the veins down there. I’ll even kinda massage around the veins while holding the stretch to encourage blood flow.

I don’t think that’s true. A straighter dick might look longer than a curved dick of the same size but I guess that’s in the eye of the beholder. You should be measuring length by pushing your dick to the ruler anyway.

Inverted V-stretches made no difference to my upward curve.

Yes I have. Lots of things that feel great are bad for you. Jumping out of building probably feels great. As I said, people do them and I haven’t seen injuries reported that people have associated with them, so that’s good. I’m a cautious PEer, because I still want a working dick at the end.

Haha yes that’s true about things that feel great can sometimes be bad for you. I haven’t seen any adverse affects thus far, if anything my erections have been getting harder, and I’ve been loving the improved flaccid hang and plumped feel. Caution is always smart, having a working dick is important and essential too every man!

So as of July 13 (monthly progress) I’ve gained .375” in BPEL & .25” EG. NBPEL went up by .25”, FL went up .25” & FG didn’t see a change. EQ has been really great, edging seems too be an excellent compliment too this routine!

Started 2 days ago, not sure what to expect. Feel like I’m not doing horse squeezes right so I’ll study up on those. Hoping for some gains as I haven’t gained much lol. 6.5 x 4.5 to 7.2-7.4 x 5.

Goal is 7.5-8 x 5.2-
Long term is 8 x 5.5


Started roughly: 6.3 x 4.4

0.7” length and 0.5” girth is a very good gain. especially if it’s only since last December.
