I’m guessing it’s based on the outdated notion (especially if you interpret it as NBP, like I used to do) that 15cm is the average. (And therefore anything below that = “small”, I guess..) Sounds like a pretty dumb thing to get wide circulation at any rate.

That’s a story with a moral: don’t ever take a photo of your penis and give it to your girlfriend unless you want all her friends, and possibly all social media to see it (you might!). 10 years ago, girls didn’t need pics of your dick. They don’t need them now.
