Wow that is a crazy story and so close to real life which is what makes it all the scarier.

Although permacol (or pig/porcine dermis) is a valid graft material used for many injuries and set aside the fact that any penis surgery has more than a high chance of devastating consequences, it is more the unscrupulous nature of how Dr. Mark Anthony Knight and the MNS owner (Crashex, BTC, Chad, Cecil or whatever other aliases he uses here and on his site) downplay problems and brush important facts such as how he may have his licence removed and how he treats patients under the carpet that I have issues with.

Also what is dangerous is how it is all about marketing rather than scientific fact when it comes to his methodology itself. For example to one patient Dr. Knight will say how amazing permacol is and that he has had his best results with that but then to the next patient (apparently if they are Jewish or Muslim) he will say how Belladerm (human derived graft material) is the best and has produced consistent results. It’s not about facts, it’s about whatever sounds right at the time.

He has only had his medical license for 8 years, is NOT a urologist, allegedly sleeps with his patients while their family is next door, treats patients badly when things go wrong and is not consistent in his methodology. The biggest issue is that Mark Knight has employed MNS to use his site to gather innocent patients for him. That is not the sign of someone decent (in my opinion). Every other post there recently is from some new person that has supposedly had a consultation with him and they rave about what a genius he is.

It would be funny if it were only a show on TV, but it’s real people’s lives. :(

I had 2 surgeries for priapism due to trazodone and blood thinners,after the first surgery,where they inserted a needle and cut both sides of my head to help the flow, my penis was a good size. But in a week it was back so.After the shunt surgery,where they cut into my right cavernosa to my left spongiosum my penis is half the size hard at the base,and is sideways facing my thigh . I try yo manipulate it so it won’t be so hard but after 6 months it has not changed and I usually only get an erection now at night,but still not a full one can anyone give me an idea what to do ? It’s really hard to tell if it’s been surgically done, it doesn’t look so badly but in my opinion it’s definitely best to have an upwards hard angle. Quite a lot of guys when hard in porn at least just hang down. In surgical operations they sometimes snip the ligaments so yes that would probably and usually result in a downwards erection.
