I’ve been carefully following PE surgery for over a decade and the silicone implant is by far the worst method I’ve come across. Do not do it under any circumstances. I’ve never know a single Dr do so much damage in such a short space of time as Dr Elist has over the last couple of years.

I agree with Joey. There is another forum where you can read many experiences on penis enhancement surgeries, including those who followed the penis silicone implant. I do suggest you join it and learn from them. Its called Phalloboards.

I have been looking at PE surgery and came across the following (after researching papers)

1. Fat Injection
2. Saphenous Vein Grafts

Both are for girth.
Fat injection: cost $1000 each time, well established, ineffective
Saphenous Vein Grafts: cost $6000 each time, very new, effective

Can I get some feedback on these two surgeries?

In my opinion, the best girth enhancer is free and is called ‘clamping’. Now, provided you want to go through the medical route, better than grafts is a procedure called PMMA enhancement done in Brazil and Mexico. At Phalloboards you will find the testimonies and pics of those who did.

johnnyabc, poke around his website. I notice he has before pics that are all average to large. That tells me as a doc his ethics are polluted, since he claims to be treating men with a small penis.

Howzit guys I have been a PEer since I was 21. Wish I had found this forum then to guide and offer advise from fellow minded gents. The past 9 years I have literally tried all, however I do find that I should of carried on with the manual stretching/exercises that is talked about on this site as I have read that people are making gains. I gained slightly when I did it but then the gains were never cemented so I saved up money and chose the length and widening operation by Dr Rosenthal. I lost 1cm in length but I did gain 1cm in girth. This operation was done a few years ago, the problem was that I started pumping and its a bad idea to start pumping with alloderm grafts as they start becoming lumpy in some areas and loose shape. The 1cm girth has also been lost. So I wouldn’t consider surgery at all. If I could go back I would just stick it out with the manual stretching/exercises talked about on this site.

My only question now is if anyone has got any grafts still inside their unit, doing these manual exercises/stretching techniques safe? Have you gained size and are they cemented ?

I’m new to this thing. Just wondering if there is anyone on here that has had good results from the Elist Implant?

I’ve seen one bad story of a guy’s implant having to be removed. I feel horrible for this man, but I’m wondering if he is just part of the 5% that have complications with the surgery??

I’ve been on the Dr. Elist’s site and searched the Internet and have only seen before and afters of flaccid penises. (Which look great) I am wondering how they look erect? If they are slightly misshapen or what. If anyone can share their positive implant results, pics, or links that would be most appreciated. Thanks!
