I was reading some threads about premature ejaculation and I found this orgasm but no cum……. WOW!!!!!!

This dude says that he cured his premature ejaculation using his tailbone muscle. He also says that kegels are not good for him because it made him ejaculate faster.

Now I was wondering if any of you guys and dudes here cured his premature ejaculation with tailbone muscle technique?

When you kegel, you exercise the muscle you use when you stop the flow of urine. When you reverse, you exercise the muscle you use to shoot urine out faster/stronger. It is normal to feel the urge to fart (or to fart a lot) if you are doing reverse kegels correctly. I have heard you should do equal amounts of both to stay balanced. Most of the threads about reverse kegels that I found are about how to do them, except the link in post #1 where the dude actually says that he cured his premature ejaculation with the help of reverse kegels. There must more people who use this technique in bed.

I wouldn’t question your understanding of anatomy WestLA, but I’ve experienced some interesting results while trying to flex the same muscles that I use to speed (rather than slow) the flow of urine. This is what I have taken to mean reverse kegel. The most interesting experience was in the past month or two, where I was by myself, and much to my surprise managed to ejaculate twice without going into a refractory period. I’ve heard of orgasm without ejaculation, which allows for continuation, but this really surprised me.
