viable clamp like device?

I have always been interested in clamping but putting metal clamps around your cock is a bit too risky.

I found this cock ring instead. Its adjustable and it locks in pretty well from reviews i’ve seen.

The thing about this is it says to adjust the girth and place it on a flaccid penis which is the opposite of the clamping guide’s instructions where you clamp after a full erection. Does it make a difference just as long as there’s solid pressure in the penis?

It does make a difference if you’re flaccid or erect. The point of clamping is to keep pressure on the corpora cavernosa by maintaining an erection while preventing outflow of blood. This thing might work, but you’d have to make adjustments (loosen it) as you became more erect if you put it on while flaccid.

What I meant was have the ring preadjusted so that when your erect the ring is on tight, not put the ring on tight while flaccid. If you did that while flaccid your dick would fall off after your erection.

The instructions say to put on the ring after erect but I think having it on before your erect would provide an easier way of getting that engorged effect.

You could also take a bandage, wrap it around the base and then around a stick, and then twist the stick (just like in a first aid class).
