I am freaking ecstatic, guys! This is my first post. I’ve been a lurker here for quite sometime. About a month ago I started to get serious about PE. It’s been about a month and I’ve gained 1/2 inch in erect length and 1/4 inch in erect girth on a simple routine. Spending about 1.5-2 (15-20 minutes per day) hours per week exercising. I pumped consistently for about 14 days. I then started clamping for the same amount of time and occasionally pumping (maybe 1-3 times per week). I cannot tell you the feeling I got when I woke up this morning, got out the ruler (first time I measured in a month) and it measured 7” BPEL and 6 1/4” base 6”mid/head girth.

The unusual thing is, I didn’t put a whole lot of time in and I really only concentrated on one exercise at a time.

A couple weeks ago I had a great experience which told me I was gaining.

While having sex with girlfriend:

Me: (humping slow and deep)
Her: “Ouch.”
Me: “Sorry.” (then proceed to go in deep and kegel HARD)
Her: “OUCH!”
Me: “I’m sorry, baby.”
Her: “Not so deep, It feels like its in my stomach.”

GUYS! That has never happened to me before. I have never been so high in my life. Until I measured today, of course. :) I don’t think a lot of guys realize that 7” is a BIG DICK.

And then, couple days ago, I knew I was gaining because while doing a workout with the clamp it started to hurt a little and feel tighter. Even though its uncomfortable, its a cool feeling when you realize what’s happening.

So that’s my story. The only problem is I want to try other exercises, but I’m addicted to clamping. :)

I would also like to thank everyone here! You guys are awesome!! We should all feel very lucky for having such a great group of people here.

Let me be the first to congratulate you…AWESOME :) !!!

Now let me be the first to also warn you…don’t change your routine!

The mistake many of us make, is when we start to get results we get more enthusiastic, and start adding a lot to our routine…DON’T!!!

As in body building, more is not always better. Stick with what you are doing until your gains slow down a lot or stop. Then you can think about changing.

Many members got great gains with their “members” with a simple short routine, so just keep doing what you are doing, and again congrats!

Nice job! No, your gains are not unusual. A lot of guys, including me, get the newbie “pop” of about 1/2 inch. If only we could continue to gain that fast. Unfortunately things do slow down and and then time and patience come into play.

Nothing succeeds like success, so I would just continue with what works for now, and that is your current routine. Don’t try going overboard if things slow down. Just be consistent.

The newbie “pop”
Guys new to PE manage to gain half an inch relatively quickly but gains slow after the initial pop. Shouldn’t we be trying to get back to newbie state and by laying off from PE for a while and then come back and try to get that pop again?

I’m not sure about other guys’ experiences, but I did PE years back and managed to make a quarter inch gain in length and girth. When I came back to PE I manage to get extra quarter inch in girth, which I was exercising for, after roughly the first month. Since then I haven’t seen any gains that compare to that.

Although I enjoy the thick dick (feels like I’m holding someone else’s), I been thinking about taking advantage of gyprent101 coined phrase of the “newbie pop”. In theory if I lay off PE long enough so that my dick returned to prePE state then I should be able to take advantage of the newbie pop again and again, Right? I’m not sure if any of your guys would agree with me, but I’d like to hear your input.

yeah, I had plenty of newbie “pops”…I gained 1/4 inch length per month for a few months straight, and then it slowed down like a motherfucker. Same with my girth, when I first started girth exercizes, I popped a 1/3 inch erect girth within the first two weeks…ever since, it’s been a constant uphill battle to get me bigger. Fuck it though…it’s not like I’m stopping anytime soon…lol.

I find it funny that guys get pleasure when they know they are splitting their girl in two :)

I know I don’t feel good if my wife says “ow” but thats just me. Obviously you wouldn’t want to tell her how happy you are she is hurting, but it’s a thought in all of our heads that we are “filling” our women up :)

A lot of people, including me, find this to be true. This theory, was stressed a lot over the summer by a guy named Wadzilla ( don’t know if he posts a lot anymore, I haven’t been here in a while). He has quite a few posts relating to a PE routine that requires extended breaks to keep the “newbie pop” going the whole time. These extended breaks are now refereed to as “deconditioning periods.” They work for a lot of people, including me. My advice to you is to give it a try with a few exceptions:

1) Make sure your current gains are cemented.
2)Take AT LEAST 3 months of, but I would suggest closer to 6 (if you have a lot of time on your hands during this time, then spend the time to learn how to become MULTI-ORGASMIC — and last as long as you want in bed)
3)Now this is probably the MOST IMPORTANT of the 3. When you start your routine again, make sure you start it out like a newbie, or at least pretty close to one. What I mean is, EASE yourself back into things. I say this because your dick won’t be as tough as it was before you started your “deconditioning phase,” and your dick is very fragile (which you probably already know).

Thanks for the post. I’ll defiantly try a deconditioning period. I’m just about certain my gains are cemented and I defiantly agree in restarting a routine as a newbie. As for mutli-orgasmic, sounds nice, but I’m not sure what it would require. I’ll search through the threads see what I find.

Basically, the first two weeks was just pumping. 10 minutes for two days, then 15 for two days etc. Working my way up to 25 minutes. Then I started reading about clamping. So, for the next 2 weeks I really got into that. Probably spending about 15-20 minutes at a time with a rock hard. And occasionally I would pumping for 15 minutes then clamp for 15 minutes. You guys want a monster flaccid cock? Condom pump for 20-25 minutes then throw on the clamp and work it for another 15 minutes.
