To increase flaccid size, I am considering light hanging all night via a 90 degree pulley at the end of the bed or via a spring. There would only be enough weight to keep the flaccid extended. What attachment devices would you recommend (I am a noob to hanging)?

Never, ever do PE while you are asleep. If you reduce blood flow to any part of your penis for an extended time, there is a greatly increased risk that tissue necrosis will occur (the tissue will die). There is no recovery from that - the tissue would have to be cut away.

It is never worth the risk. Only PE when you’re able to monitor what’s happening.

It will be the last night you have your penis attached to your body, don’t do that.

Do a search on this forum for “Bed Fowfer”.

You basically pull your dick between your thighs or back between you glutes and pinch your thighs to keep your dick there.

You can sleep like this and it can stay all or some of the night. If I get engourged I feel it and wake up and release it.

I suppose it is still risky

Highly recommended.

I consider bed fowfers ok because we all move about a lot at night and get erections so the time is self limiting and bloodflow is not really restricted while stretch happens.

Thanks again Stixman, this sounds useful! Also because I can make these myself for free as I do engineering and toolmaking and have plenty of lead available.

Tried the bed fowfers but don’t seem to be able to get tension on the top half. I am about 8” BPFSL and 7.5” BPEL. I want to go for a half inch gain to 8” before concentrating on girth. FL is presently 5”- 5.5” but IMO it probably helps with the other targets to also work on flaccid size at low intensity/long duration.

I tuck back everything: the entire ball/dick unit. No, it’s not a real huge tension activity.
