Questions:
1) If you have hung in the past, is the comfort level substantially greater than what you have experienced before? If you have not hung before, what is your opinion of the comfort level?
Very comfortable once your dial it in.
2) If you have hung before, what type of hanger did you use?
One of those foam insulation, pipe clamp gigs. VERY uncomfortable!!
3) How long did it take you to learn to use the BibHanger?
Relatively quick, weeks. But alot longer to find a comfortable setting.
4) What is your estimate of the useful life of the hanger? Durability.
A very long time. Years. Enough to get what I need out of it. (I hope)
5) How many pounds (max), and for what amount of time are you hanging?
I go up to about 18.5 pds for sessions of 30 min. x 3
6) Estimate the maximum you think you could hang if you were properly conditioned.
I’ve hung heavier but not as comfortably. I can handle 24-26 but at shorter time intervals.
7) What gains have you had so far, and in what amount of time?
Maybe half inch since hanging (on and off for about a year) 2 inches from Jelqing (1st PE method). I now have more time to devote to hanging plus devised a pulley and this helps me out alot! I’m able to hit a variety of angles easily. Hanging weights standing/sitting is awkward. So I should be able to hang more frequently.
8) Do you think you will be able to reach your goals using the hanger?
Yes!
9) About how many hours have you logged using it so far?
I don’t have my spreadsheet available right now but maybe 50 hrs. I plan to go min 6 hours/week but shooting for 15 for at least a month or two to see what happens.
10) Describe any problems encountered.
Learning the properly wrap and attach the hanger. It just takes time to learn how.
11) What type of wrap have you found most comfortable?
Theraband
12) Would the inclusion of wrap with the hanger make a substantial difference in value, ease of use, etc.?
Theraband was a plus to have.
13) Does the product guide on the website and not in the box with the hanger make any difference to you?
No.
14) Do you feel the hanger is worth the $65 (or $120) plus shipping paid for it?
Yes.
15) Would you have bought the hanger for $100 before actually seeing it?
Yes.
16) Would you have bought the hanger for $125 before actually seeing it? Maybe. How about after using it?
Yes.
17) Would you have bought the hanger for $150 before actually seeing it? Yes. How about after using it? Yes.
18) Was the hanger shipped internationally or within the US? US.
19) Any additional comments not covered above?
I’ve read about twisting. I am using the hanger “the wrong way” I think, to fit comfortably. The wingnut is facing up at me when attached. This works way better for me. It took ALONG time to try this. Also, the theraband wrap was tough. The weight would “creep up” in time and begin pinching (?) the glans making it painfull. The best way I have found is to become semi (very semi) erect, jelq some blood into the glans, hold it there with your fingers (almost taking the skin at the scar line and pulling it slightly over the glans) then wrapping the shaft just behind there down about 3 inches. Keeping blood in head, wrap somewhat snug then place hanger on. The head fills with blood enlarging it enough to keep the hanger from slipping down and the theraband isn’t in the way of the glans. I don’t know if this makes any sense but it has taken me over a year to finally come to a comfortable hanging solution.
20) Would you please give your current bone pressed length and girth measurements.
