Hanging 101

If you want to hang heavy weights, you should imediately drop off your lg hanger and start using some oldschool clamp hang like the bib or malehanger.


Then- 5.7 x 4.7 (bpel x mseg)

Now- 7.1 x 5.1 (beg 5.5) // Goal-> 8 x 5.5+

Why man? I own the LG Hanger and I can tell you when you start using it correctly (packing the glans chamber fully so there is no air pockets) it is the best shaft grip in the world. No skin stretch and no risk of blisters (a blister cannot form when you are packing the chamber it is impossible).

HenrikL, with due respect, you are wrong, no matter if free space is left in the cup or not, my glans is too sensitive to vacuum, its hurts bad, barely touching the tip of it after hanging is torture! i have managed to practically eliminate fluid build up and eliminated blisters completely, but hardening of the tip of the glans and pain, not.

I am already collecting parts around my house to make my own bib, you’re right fightclub. I gotta move up in weight, otherwise all i will ever get is toughening. My unit already toughened from hanging these lower weights.

How are you wrapping? Glans protection can be done in a variety of ways. Please describe your glans protection wrap method and what type of vacuum hanger you are using. It’s extremely rare to have the issue you describe if you are using glans protection and a properly fitting chamber. You may also be using too much vacuum, which will result in glans sensitivity. Are you using a hand pump with a vacuum gauge that shows you how much vacuum you’re extracting from the chamber? The mouth suction method often leads to using too much vacuum.

With regard to how much weight the LG Hanger can accommodate, we have several guys above the 25 lb mark. Check out the YouTube video of KingSnake hanging 25 lbs with our device.

The compression clamp type hangers do have multiple side effects that guys should be aware of. They cut off circulation and can typically only be worn for 15 minutes. If circulation is inhibited for too long it can cause death to tissue, along with nerve damage, and erectile dysfunction. They also promote excessive skin stretch. For some men who want to restore their foreskin and have the un-circumcised look that’s fine, the vast majority of men I’ve talked to want to limit skin stretch along with stretch marks along the length of their penis. Last of all, it’s difficult to find anyone who’s used a compression clamp describe them as user friendly and comfortable to wear. I’ve tried one just so that I could experience it for myself and can’t say I enjoyed it in any way.

I think you are heading down the wrong path. Just trying to be helpful. Clamp hangers can cause all sorts of problems and they also stretch a considerable amount of skin which means less of the weight goes to the inner penis. If you pack you chamber no vaccuum will exert pressure on the skin and a blister can not develop, it’s simple man. But you havent said what hanger you are using, I suspect it’s a cheap bad injection molded hanger.

LG Hanger, i attached a pic of my wrap. First i put some medical tape on the tip of the glans, then “minisocket” around root of the glans - this eliminates fluid buildup in/around glans, then nylon cloth warp around it, then mini silicon sleeve and then the big sleeve.

All this creates a nice padding around glans and leaves no free space in the cup, YET pain still happens at bigger weights/longer hanging time.

Nice work Nixxx, I tried to do a clamp hanger like Bib, but it just wasn’t comfortable nor good enough to grasp the internals of my penis, I hope yours will succeed.

I saw malehanger, if you have not much money to spend that is a very good choice, sometimes I imagine that would be better for me to have bought the malehanger instead of the Bib starter. Malehanger have more than 20 videos explaining and showing how to do it. If you are worried about weight, there is a video on internet of the owner hanging 28 lbs or 13 kg in SD angle, that is my max weight at Bib in BTC, I truly think it is worth it.

I really appreciate this forum and the contest of ideas and opinions on a variety of PE devices and exercises. I would respectfully take exception to the “countless positive reports” you imply that are out there regarding compression clamps. I’ve been auditing a number of forums for the past 7 years and to be honest haven’t seen it. What I’ve noticed with several proponents of compression clamps is strong support for a few months, and then like a rock that skips across a pond and makes a lot of ripples, suddenly the water is calm, and within 6 months you never see them post another comment about their progress.

I try to be objective as possible when it comes to passing judgement on any particular device or exercise. Weighing all the pro’s and cons or putting it in another way I like to say positive attributes vs. negative traits. When honest debate occurs it allows guys to make informed decisions. To be generous I will often categorize things as “Good - Better - Best”.

I would admonish you to keep us posted on your progress over the next 6 months and year. Take photos of before and after, and better yet take a video using your homemade device hanging 20 - 25 lbs with it for a full 15-20 minutes. Show us what your penis looks like before the session and then immediately after. This would benefit the entire PE community and help all of us come to the knowledge of the truth.

Dude, do you know what positive locking fit means? It means when your glans expands in the slightly biggger diameter end of the chamber it will work like locking in by expansion and a friction will develop between the glans and uppermost shaft towards the hangers inside walls transfering the weight directly to the inner penis structures. That injection molded chinese plastic cup will work in an entirely different way it is not deep enough or shaped in the same diameter tapered way or of the same material so the effect of gripping the penis is entirely different. Your device vs lg hanger is apples to oranges literally. Not saying your high opinion of it is invalid.

Im just stating it can not be compared to LG hanger because they work entirely different provided you use it right and pack the chamber.

Tnx c3ifador. So you weren’t comfy with Bib, i wonder if you used a silicon sleeve? Malehanger looks nice, but according to longerstretch it’s no good, it even gave him an injury. He wasn’t comfy in Bib starter, but was with Bib Hardcore. For Review and Sell: Male Hanger 1 & 2 and Bib Starter I hope my Bib will work well and i don’t have to buy either.

I’m fairly new to PE so if you didn’t see much positive reports on clamp hangers over 7 years, there might be a reason for it and that reason is probably that people use bad hangers or they don’t adjust them well. I surely did see a number of positive reviews of Bib around here. This thread has a number of them. Review of the BIB Hanger - is it worth it? It’s your right to defend your product, vacuum hanging sure has pros and cons.
