LG Hanger, i attached a pic of my wrap. First i put some medical tape on the tip of the glans, then “minisocket” around root of the glans - this eliminates fluid buildup in/around glans, then nylon cloth warp around it, then mini silicon sleeve and then the big sleeve.
All this creates a nice padding around glans and leaves no free space in the cup, YET pain still happens at bigger weights/longer hanging time.
I already posted multiple times that i use cheap chinese hanger
..but the cup is of EXTREMELY HIGH quality, cup is not the problem. Obviously there is no vacuum meter so i go by feel, i already know how much is too little/slippage, or too much for particular weight.
We all know clamp hangers cut of circulation and can be worn for 15-20min max. There was no need for you two repeat that since it is well known.
Further, you are both wrong they “promote excessive skin”. This can be easily avoided by stretching the unit before attaching clamp hanger just above the glans.

As for comfort of clampers, there is no need for me to post countless positive reports of bib hanger and others, who could not be happier with the comfort.
As you can see, your main points against clampers are not valid.
