I discoverd I need english course too I can read but not speak lol, the problem is I’m not good at all with hand crafts at least I need to watch video or more detail post on how to do it
I have pro extender I used it for 7 monthes it work especially when I got erect for 1 or 2 hours wearing it but hang is enough I think.
I’m not manual stretching I can’t understand how to do it in right way I can understand only how to do manual girth and that’s what I don’t need I’m focusing in length I hope you understand me it’s my bad

I’m sure this has been explained further but since there are over 60 pages of info I’ll ask. Does this mean, if you hang more than 4 hours for the week, then you need to switch to a different angle? I don’t believe this is saying if you hang more than 4 hours per DAY?

I certainly will be hanging more than 4 hours per week. Therefore I would hit one angle for 4 hours and another angle for another 4 (for a total of 8 for the week). Then the following week I’ll switch back to my original angle? Does that make sense?

Or can I hang my primary angle for 4 hours and the next set attack my secondary angle. Then after that SINGLE set of my secondary angle, go back to my primary angle for another 4 hours?

I’d try SD or BTC for 1 hour then follow with different angles (up, sides) for 15-20 minutes each. I wouldn’t try the one week for this angle, one week for the other angle. Might be counter productive.

Bib recommended starting with straight down and staying with it until gains stopped, then going with BTC ("between-the-cheeks"), then left/right, up or OTS ("over-the-shoulder"), and finally straight out. He felt the length limit was the top of the tunica, and SD and BTC worked that the most.

In practice, most guys do one thing for a while, then switch to something else for a change. It seems to work for them.

My bet is he had a downward curvature. For us who have it point up, our barrier is upside down but we also do the SD first so we attack the right tissues.

Andyj bib said he hang BTC or SD for four hours then do OTS or so my question is the good hanging day for me 9 sets with good pressure I don’t do 12+ set to hit different angel is that missunderstanding from me

New To Hanging

Hey, I am curious. I am pretty new to P.E. I have been pumping. I’ve been pumping with a cheap Amazon pump. I have recently purchased the bib.
I am also interested in clamping. Some of the posts I’ve seen say clamp and hang. Is this correct? Can you clamp and hang every day as a routine?

Does this make sense?

Any help is totally appreciated.

It’s not recommend to do any girth routine until you achive your length goal

It’s been awhile since i read bibs thread but I’ve seen new members here. If someone were to have clamp, pump, hang, jelq and stretch routine, what would anyone recommend to make a manageable schedule to still have an effective routine? Sorry for the loaded question. I just figure, pumping isn’t a daily thing, and hanging could also be a non consecutive thing, but if someone was to put a split morning and night and can dedicate 30 min each sesh, what still works without losing his mind?

Hi All! I plan on hanging using vacuum chamber and heat/nir. I watched a video saying chamber should be put on an erect member. But I can’t imagine doing all the wrappings and stuff while maintaining good erection. Is it impossible to attach the chamber tightly on a flaccid penis?

Also my erect girth is two sizes above my flaccid and at the moment I don’t have the budget to buy 3 different cups. So should I buy the size of my erect girth and one below or the size of my flaccid and one above ?

I set up while flaccid. I’ve never heard of starting erect. Mine would fall off if I sized for erect and then went flaccid. I have enough problem starting flaccid and keeping the vacuum seal when the stretch lenghens and thins my glans.

In this case getting a chamber one size smaller than flaccid girth wouldn’t be a solution or one couldn’t enter the glans in there. If the sleeve is a bit smaller than a stretched flaccid, is there vacuum leaks still? Sorry for basic questions.
I have read your posts in hanging with fire thread, but still a lot of things are unclear for me. By the way I think to buy totalman cups and pad.

I sized for flaccid glans and then just monitor the vacuum and pump as necessary to maintain it.
