Good idea. I was looking over Goku’sPeck’s routine. He did an hour in the morning and an hour at night. I’ll probably follow the same regiment.


Starting Stats - BPFSL: 13cm, BPEL: 13.5cm

Current Stats - BPFSL: 15.4cm, BPEL: 14.6cm

All stats are pre warmup. Starting Stats taken on 8/20, restarted with those same stats 2/21 due to lack of dedication.

I’ve attached a photo from the “Ultimate Routine” they have under their Resources tab. It shows vacuum hanging classified as passive method and compression hanging as active method.

I don’t agree with that chart. Anyone of those “healing” methods can cause injury so to me that suggests they are very active.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Also, I’ve been wanting to do vac hanging (planning to stick with the low wright’s as long as possible) but do see that they can’t handle heavier weights.

Are there any differences in results between vac and traction hangers? Should I just look into getting a traction hanger (or building one) if I need to get one anyways?

I had a homemade traction hanger and could never get the hang of it. Always felt like it was mainly pulling skin whereas with vac hanging it feels like it pulls more on the internal structures. If you want to hang really heavy weights eventually I’d say get a traction hanger and focus on getting the “hang” of it, pun intended.

Personally I’m sticking with vachanging as I read some of the sleeves can handle up to 30lbs. I don’t plan on going that high but I like the added benefit of longer sets so I can be done and get my day going.

I’m finding that if I hang directly after jelqing I can’t hang as much weight compared to when I hang without having jelqed. Does anybody else experience this? I’m thinking the jelqing is hard on my penis and makes it harder to hang. Does anybody purely use hanging to make gains?

Have to agree. Using traction hanger is also very inconsistent at least for me. Never know if it just pulls skin. Vac hanging on the other hand has a much better pull effect and even noticable using lower weights.

Yep. I only hang.

What kind of hanger do you use? Vacuum? Compression?

I use a Total Man vac hanger. I ‘think vac hangers do a better job of distributing stress on the septum. Next week I’ll cross the 4lb mark with weight. Not sure that I’ve stressed my legs yet.

I was looking for replacement sleeves for vacuum hanging, and saw the Total Man 3.0 Vacuum Hanging Cups. They look deeper than the standard cups, and don’t have a lip on the edge. Something the site claims will eliminate chamber vacuum pockets.

Curious if anyone has had experience with these cups and what your thoughts are.

Hey, so, Bib Hangers are back ordered until January due to COVID. I’m looking to make the jump from the bib starter to the bib hanger. Should I just get an LG hanger in the meantime?
