Is there a problem with that?

Homemade Hanger

Hey all.

I have been doing manual stretches along with hanging for about 5 months somewhat consistently. Def have gains flaccid and erect but no more than 3/8 of an inch. I have a question about my hanger. I literally wrap a folded bandana around shaft just passing over head, then have a thick shoe string attached to weights and I wrap once, back the other and back again with a tie off under the head. I use heating pad/rice bag and I hang between 30-hour up to 5 pounds and do light dry jelqs afterward to stimulate blood flow. I guess I’m trying to find out if my hanger sounds ok or not, but more so if buying a good one or making a different kind really makes a difference. Would really appreciate any feedback, I’ve finally gained a little confidence back in my life through this process, although I kinda just winged it as far as the make shift hanger. But really I know I have got a little bit of gains and could use a little guidance to keep it going. 100 determined and disciplined in this matter just need the knowledge for application✌🏼

I started with a noose style hanger as well. Quickly moved to a homemade compression hanger and then to my final solution the vacuum hanger.

Dude, multitask. Catch up on reading, make phone calls, better yet conference calls and close out negotiations, code programs, prep full PowerPoint presentations, pray and meditate- boldly ask for a bigger dick. Do some bodyweight squats and some single leg lifts. Anything I listed here, I’ve seriously done while hanging. Just don’t go crazy coz there’s still a thing attach down there. Oh and make sure you have a noise dampener or you mute yourself because you drop that weight while on a call it’ll be a disruption. I seriously hope the camera is off too. Do nothing is a good thing too

Hi bro, im considering of getting a vacuum hanger. How heavy are you able to use on it? Thanks

I’d have to check my logs, but I do not remember going over 6 lbs.

Tangential question

I’ve been hanging consistently, 5# with 1# and heat added at 15 and 30 min intervals, for the final 15 minutes I add another pound but take of the heat. Hanging for a total of an hour, total weight 8#. Numbers I derived from the load calculator.

Question. How long before you see results? I see some people have gains of a few millimeters after stretching but more so I’m curious of larger gains and the length of time needed to see them.

Hoping to add a full inch, I realize it’s a marathon and not sprint but if I continue hanging for a total of 60 hours. There should be some fairly easily noticeable length. I don’t trust my measuring to the small increments of millimeters. I don’t know what a 90 day stretch period before some deconditioning should yield. I realize everyone is different. Maybe a solid 1/4”? Currently at 24 hours hang time.

Just trying to get a realistic expectation. Any thoughts welcome. Thanks.

Well I’m not an experienced hanger, only got lil less than 60 hours under this kinda thing. I’m using weights that go from 2kg to 4.250kg. (4,4 pounds to around 9 max), and I only use the max weight after hanging warmup (5 minutes at 2kg is my warmup), then I do sets of 20 minutes, less if the ligament fatigue arrives early. When fatigue kicks in though, I go to 3kg for the most amount of hanging time and then if it becomes too much, I go 2kg or even 1 if fatigue is really big.
Well, on the gain side, I’ve reached 1cm gain BPEL. I’m aiming at 15 hours a week of hanging, and I do some manual stretching between sets. Am mostly hanging at 3kg.
On that 1cm gain, I can say that half of it came in the first week or so. Then the gains seem to have lowered, but are still coming so I’m not really thinking in upgrading weights yet.
Oh and I do see there is a variation betweenj BPEL right after the hanging session ended, and the BPEL pre hanging session. it’s around 3mm difference, obviously longer after session.
On the other hand, when I do longer 4 kg sets (2 x 20 minutes or alike) I do see my dick stays way thicker after it. Erections do show the girth increase, however, the next day is “back to normal”. I did see a girth increase though, particularly on base and mid shaft.
And I use a noose style hanger, that’s why I don’t do long sets.

That’s a nice setup, Redmorsilla! I’m doing something like this as well. One thing though: Did I read your stats correctly? They say you are currently 21.2cm BPEL and 4.8cm MSEG .

So.

Red. You’ve had about a half inch gain in roughly 60 hours if I read that correctly.

I can’t read all the cm and comprehend what they are in inches but I do know that 2.5cm is an inch. So it’s a rough guess.

Are you compression hanging or vacuum hanging? Have you added any heat to your protocol?

Thanks for the replies guys.

My first inch 5.5" —> 6.5" took a total of 237 hours of hanging. Check post 3-5 in this thread: Hanging with FIRe

Thank you for the reply. I previously read the thread but apparently didn’t catch the progress portion.

Since I’m using the load calculator and the heat, I’m hoping it doesn’t take quite that long. If I read it correctly, you added heat around cycle 4. About week 40?

I added heat on week 13. I saw progress during weeks 1 thru 12, but things really took off after adding the FIR pad.
