Welcome to the forum. I definitely agree with bearded dragon, you can absolutely gain with hanging. If you are mainly looking for length gains, then hanging will get you there. I gained about an inch in 6 months with the Bib starter. I took a couple years off but recently purchased the vachanger3. I have been hanging with it for about 3 weeks now and have gained about a 16th of an inch. It sounds like you are concerned about time, and I will say that vacuum hanging does save you time. It is more comfortable than compression hanging, the setup time is faster and you can hang for longer periods of time. I can easily get 2 hours of hang time in 2 hours and 15 minutes. Compression hanging would easily require 3 hours respectively (longer setup times and more frequent breaks)

How do you prevent blisters from the Vachanger? Do you use a protection cap and/or wrapping your glans in a special way?

I know you were not asking me specifically but I have been vac hanging for about a month or so now and not had a blister yet so I feel qualified to answer your question. I use 3” CoFlex bandage and I cover as much as I can with the bandage by cutting about a 5” piece and wrap my penis long ways like you would fold flatbread long ways and then just pinch the bandage around my penis then cut the excess bandage off with a pair of scissors, be careful not to cut yourself lol. Then I just hook up and hang for two one hour sets. Like I said, it works well and I have never gotten a blister.

I first wrap nylon cloth around glans, then put a piece of ordinary shopping sack over it since I don’t have a closed sleeve, then goes the first sleeve and some toilet paper crimped into the cup and then the outer sleeve of course. I am currently at 2,3kg and I have no swelling or blister issues even after 2h sets.

Extenders have been my first and ultimately worst PE experiment. Horribly fidely and not worth the money.

Hang and pump. ADH by silicon glans wrap and heavy weight over the shaft, stopped by home depot cable wraps.

Quick on, quick off to piss and an all day tug.

I could have told you that. I do 4 sets of 30 minute sessions 7 days per week, I’ve seen gains for days over the past year with nearly 3” added. Bib was right all along and nobody listened. No days off, fatigue the ligs, 10+ hours a week. Very simple. I hang 14 hours a week or so, add 1/2 lb every 7th day, unless I’m in so much pain then I add only 1/4 lb. Ligs gotta be fatigued, if it’s not uncomfortable on your ligs, you’re going heavy or long enough.

Agreed on the extenders, not enough force and still the same problems as hanging anyway. I think ADH are okay in the beginning but if you’re used to heavy weights and long sessions, they’re pretty much worthless. Best results for me are BTC, long sessions and incremental weights every week.

Want to confirm ,
Just starting out hanging less than a year ago, and worked up to ten pounds off a Bib,
And inched up to 12.5, no pun intended,
Experienced injury from to far too fast, but
Took a few weeks off, and like weight lifting, took it slow and disciplined.
Now up to 15 lbs and am convinced that you have to go 15 plus for any gains to occur.
Hanging solid 2 hrs a day no breaks, feeling sore and seeing skin abrasions and swelling, but
That goes down in a couple days.
Using Cannabis salve around base and fleshy pad to moderate pain before hooking up..

Gaining 1/2 in over 5 mos.
Erection quality slightly improved.

Trying to get to 20 lbs..
15 definitely getting a good pull.

Hanging

I got injury from x4lab. Damn I erected while extending and end up with scar tissues under glan. Plan to get vac hanger 3 of autoextender, any experiences? And my LOT is 6. Should I hang with high angles?

I have been experimenting with long hang sessions with the LG hanger. Normaly I would do 2 1 hour sessions at 16lbs but at that weight I can’t walk around at all and with a newborn in the house it’s impossible to be stationary and I’m not gonna sit there and make my wife do everything. So I’ve only done this a few times but love it so far. I dropped back down to 7 pounds and do a 1.5 hour straight hang session, followed by a 15 minute rest with the hanger completely off. Then I do another 1.5 hour hang. So far no blisters and the first time I had a small amount of edema but since then I have reduced the hg pressure to less than 6 now and get no slippage. My dick is like a long wet noodle afterwards and gives me a good opportunity to do some manual stretches or get in the bathmate of possible. I thing my dick is responding more to volume instead of shear weight. By the time I’m at the 1 hour mark on the last set the fatigue is almost unbearable which is the goal. Plus I can get up and walk around carefully if need be

Elastic resistance - Hanging

I’ve not much experience with hanging, however, I’d like to add some stimulus to the thought processes around this method as it’s similar to a concept I’m working with on a weekly basis. To compare the resistance of some object vs the resistance of an elastic. Elastics have some properties that differ from a static weight in that they usually conform to the limits of the forces applied on either end. They also accelerate towards equilibrium (unlike static weights). This concept was gleaned from resistance training practices I’ve used with bands+weight. “over-speed eccentrics”

For ex: Take a rubber band and stretch it till it beaks. Take two of those bands, take 3, notice how the resistance differs based on the applied tension. Kind of like a safety protocol if you’re using too much weight. Hopefully this spark will ignite a fire for greater investigation.

I think extenders are good but need a lot of time to use!

I suddenly changed my routine from stretching to hanging

You know what I have great increase , even in 3 days I can see some increase

What I do is I put a penis cup with sleeve and hold it perfectly then add some weights in front of the cup (there is a hanger-holder hook )

Then I carry it 30 min on 20 min off!

Also I use one more method

I put 10x35gram stainless steel rings then put on the cup and sleeve again, it keeps the weight great and I carry it for 2 hours

Its just 350gram so ,there is no bad effect

I really started to love using penis enlargement again

I use micro-pore tape around the frenulum, and on the tip. I also started using a silicone glans cap I bought on amazon. When I put my head into the cup, I make sure get it in as far as I can before rolling the silicone sleeve down the shaft. This allows me to use less vacuum. I have been hanging for a few months and I do 4-5 sets a day. I am starting at 15lbs, then when I reach fatigue I go down to 12.5 and ride it.

Hello, I started my PE journey this June and have gained a .5” in BPFSL. I have recently started hanging for about a month now. I have worked my way up to hanging for 8 hours with no breaks with 6lbs. Still no gains this month. If I keep this routine and increase stress levels as needed .. I should gain? EDIT: using a vac hanger from amazon and .5 gains came from extender
