More proof that long periods of hanging may be beneficial?

And extremely light for a full ADS?? Are you wanting to rip a dick off with more weight?

I combined the weights together for a total of 23oz. Meaning I’m wearing almost 1.5 lbs as an ADS.

Is this still too light? 23oz as an ADS?

I don’t think it’s too light.

Thanks. Everybody has their own opinion and everybody’s dick is different. I guess just do what you feel is getting a good stretch.

23 ounces

23 ounces is ok for an ADS. I view an ADS as a supplemental device to be used in between heavier more intense weight hanging sessions, to prevent your flaccid stretch from retracting while you recover.
23 ounces isn’t even 1.5 lbs. Our ADS uses a bungee cord leg strap that generates between 2-6 lbs of traction depending on how taunt it is pulled.

Anyone who actually thinks light weight below 8 lbs. is a sufficient amount of weight to generate a multi-inch gain is kidding themselves, and I challenge anyone to prove me wrong with before and after photos along with how many months / years it required to make their gains. I want dated photos with a tape measure or ruler next to your penis!

So, given that your ADS generates 2-6 lbs, would you gain anything from that since it is below 8lbs?

Maybe some “newbie” gains, but nothing significant.

I hung for two years working up to about 10 lbs and never gained. Head couldn’t take the vacuum anything higher.

You never tried the bib hanger?

What brand of vacuum hanger?

If you used a Chinese made vacuum hanger it doesn’t surprise me that you had issues with your glans. None of the plastic injection molded cups that come from China have enough depth to actually engage pull forces from the shaft… it’s all transferred to the glans.
There’s much more to gaining than just hanging weight with some cheaply made vacuum hanger….

I’ve outlined in detail all the “do’s and don’ts” to making length and girth gains with our vacuum hanger. For those who put in the time and practice the proper training techniques they WILL make gains!

Tried the BiB

Yes… I tried the BiB. However I’m just not into pain. I did EVERYTHING exactly as recommended and with 5 lbs., and was gritting my teeth and watching the second hand of the clock. Couldn’t wait to get that thing off my penis! Gave it the old college try for a full month before that thing found it’s way into my garbage can.

Never tried the Bib because by that time I was burned out and hated prospect of having to face new learning curve. Also feared hanging heavy might not actually be good idea if my tissues were already tough and doing more would make them tougher. I just got an LG hanger and seems like it might work better. The rubber sleeves are pretty stiff and not the most convenient To get on and off. Let’s see if I get better at it.

Our sleeves are made with a medical grade silicon that has great elasticity, and IMO very easy to stretch. The durometer is considered pretty low @ #7.
I suggest you try rolling the rubber up over itself and then using both hands (thumb, forefinger and middle finger to grab and stretch).
You should become very proficient at installing and removing the chamber from your penis withing a week of usage.
