Is what I did to gain about an inch in length. All day stretching(4-16 hours) in the range of my BFSL interrupted by intense stretches(manual, hanging) for a short time.

So how long did it take you to get that inch ? Also when you went low weight long duration, how long wsd each session?

Less weight for longer times

I work a job that I am up and down from sitting a lot.. And also very much in the public view. I’d like to hang but have been restricted because I am at work so much. I have been trying to find something super inconspicuous that would work for me moving around so much and also sitting. I spend a lot of time out doors so I need something that will also stay put and not slip off when it is hot outside.

That being said I have found that a D ring (US type anchor shackle) works really well. It doesn’t come off and isn’t so tight that I’m nervous about it.
I take the pin out of the d ring and instead use a bolt and put a nut on the other side where the bolt comes out of it.. This makes is symmetrical and the “thumb” part you use to loose the d ring pin isn’t sticking out and easily noticed under my pants.

My question is am I just wasting my time? It is defiantly pulling my penis down a bit. I seem to turtle some and this is the reason I want the weight to train my penis to stay full out instead of pull inward some. The shackle is a 7/16 and weighs a just shy of 1/2 pound .. I guess probably the same as a golf club weight I would guess.

I have noticed I am always in a state of tension .. It seems my muscle in my groin naturally are tense.. And pulling me penis up.. Almost always in a half kegal state.. I find it very difficult to keep my penis in a relaxed state. Not sure why.. It just seems tense.. Unless I purposely focus on it and try to let it be “free” or unclenched.

I’m hoping this weight will help me to relax those muscle and keep from turtleing some. (I never fully turtle but it does pull inward) If I can get some length gains that would be awesome as well.

Any thoughts.. Sorry to high jack I wanted to start a new thread but being new I couldn’t.. It does relate though as I plan to wear this for several hours every day.. And have the last few days with no ill effects beneficial.. Harmful any suggestions or advice?

Your job sounds a lot like mine was when I was in the corporate atmosphere. I was up and down all day and working with others as well as many many other people around the manufacturing arena not to mention the cafeteria for lunches. I wore my rings daily, all day then when I got home in the afternoon I’d have an hour to 1 1/2 hours for hanging sets before the wife and kids got home. I gained just over 2” in that period which was about 14 months worth of devotion. I’ve learned that since then I could have accomplished quicker gains if I had applied SO hanging to my routines along with angles and fulcrums.

Have you got all the gains you can out of the Linear newbie Routine/Newbie Routine? If you have then you might start hanging, but if you are not an experienced hanger, you will find that is probably too much time to start with.

Yea I’ve been in PE since June, so I am conditioned. I started with hanging already in August which has given me half an inch in one month. My homemade hanger does not allow for more weight, so thats why I am thinking about the idea of hanging 5 hours every day. One important piece of information to add is that it will be more like a extender/hanging hybrid exercise. I basically am planning on hanging the 5 pounds to the head piece of an extender, which is clamped of with the silicone thingy. What is your knowledge about this method? You reckon it is effective?

Could you give a explanation of what SO hanging is? Congratulations on your 2” gain which is really quite rare. Would you say that your were close to the golden rule of 10 hours of hanging per week during this 14 month period? I’ve read numerous times of users experiencing great success when hanging consistently at around this weekly time period in the saddle.

Hey peeps, my man Monty has had great success on SO. I always like reading your threads on had what you gained from them veteran. When I first started hanging, I tried SO. I could feel it at first, but now I kind of don’t. However, when I do this at a somewhat 90 degree angle, and twist my hips, I can feel it real good. Which brings me to the question, is OTL good for the tunica more than SO?

Guys, what are your opinions on hanging with a leather velcro hanger like this one:

I would suggest looking into something like the Phallosan Forte. (or another ADS, if the price is an issue)

Your D-ring thing weighs half a pound… the Phallosan can give you that level of pull at it’s lowest setting, and up to 6+ pounds of pull (although I wouldn’t recommend going that high) and can be worn comfortably all day, or even during sleep.

This would allow you to wear it at work with more comfort, or just get in 8 hours every night while you sleep.

It’s basically a vacuum hanger attached to a tension belt. It’s the same principle of a vacuum hanger, only instead of hanging weights from it you use the belt around your waist to create the pull. In fact I actually tried hanging a 2.5lb weight off it the other night and the internal pull felt amazing. I did straight down for 10 minutes and straight out for 10 minutes. I’ve only had it for a week so I’m still working my way up in hours, but soon I plan on going 10-12 hours a day (not hanging… using the tension clip).

There are other vacuum-based ADS/hanger systems like the VacHanger/VacADS that are much cheaper than the Phallosan as well, but I haven’t tried those so I can’t attest to their quality.

Time under tension is what seems to be the main thing everybody preaches these days, and it makes sense to me. There is a member over on PEGym who has been keeping a detailed log of PF hours + water pumping. Wearing the PF 10-12 hours a day. After 1,000 hours in the PF (only 3 months) plus short daily pump sets, he gained 1 and 1/8th inch. I’m hoping to try and duplicate those results. But so far, even with just a week of use, I love the PF. Already notice a fuller flaccid and my erection already looks bigger to the naked eye (won’t actually measure for a while).

Just a suggestion. For someone who can’t spend hours hanging every day it could be just what you want.

I have been wearing the d-ring with ease.. So I didn’t really have any motivation to try anything else.. The only thing would be if people thought the 1/2 was so insignificant that it wouldn’t make any difference at all.

I have a thick o-ring that fits over my glans that prevents the d-ring from sliding off just for a back up.. My penis can swing freely move and all as I walk and doesn’t get hung up. Its pretty fun to walk around with and feel the tug.

I also vac pump.. I’ve done that for years just for the hell of it, nothing really consistent though. Maybe between the two I will see some gains.
