I work a job that I am up and down from sitting a lot.. And also very much in the public view. I’d like to hang but have been restricted because I am at work so much. I take the pin out of the d ring and instead use a bolt and put a nut on the other side where the bolt comes out of it.. This makes is symmetrical and the “thumb” part you use to loose the d ring pin isn’t sticking out and easily noticed under my pants.
My question is am I just wasting my time? It is defiantly pulling my penis down a bit. I seem to turtle some and this is the reason I want the weight to train my penis to stay full out instead of pull inward some. The shackle is a 7/16 and weighs a just shy of 1/2 pound .. I guess probably the same as a golf club weight I would guess.
I have noticed I am always in a state of tension .. It seems my muscle in my groin naturally are tense.. And pulling me penis up.. Almost always in a half kegal state.. I find it very difficult to keep my penis in a relaxed state. Not sure why.. It just seems tense.. Unless I purposely focus on it and try to let it be “free” or unclenched.
I’m hoping this weight will help me to relax those muscle and keep from turtleing some. (I never fully turtle but it does pull inward) If I can get some length gains that would be awesome as well.
Any thoughts.. Sorry to high jack I wanted to start a new thread but being new I couldn’t.. It does relate though as I plan to wear this for several hours every day.. And have the last few days with no ill effects beneficial.. Harmful any suggestions or advice?
I would suggest looking into something like the Phallosan Forte. (or another ADS, if the price is an issue)
Your D-ring thing weighs half a pound… the Phallosan can give you that level of pull at it’s lowest setting, and up to 6+ pounds of pull (although I wouldn’t recommend going that high) and can be worn comfortably all day, or even during sleep.
This would allow you to wear it at work with more comfort, or just get in 8 hours every night while you sleep.
It’s basically a vacuum hanger attached to a tension belt. It’s the same principle of a vacuum hanger, only instead of hanging weights from it you use the belt around your waist to create the pull. In fact I actually tried hanging a 2.5lb weight off it the other night and the internal pull felt amazing. I did straight down for 10 minutes and straight out for 10 minutes. I’ve only had it for a week so I’m still working my way up in hours, but soon I plan on going 10-12 hours a day (not hanging… using the tension clip).
There are other vacuum-based ADS/hanger systems like the VacHanger/VacADS that are much cheaper than the Phallosan as well, but I haven’t tried those so I can’t attest to their quality.
Time under tension is what seems to be the main thing everybody preaches these days, and it makes sense to me. There is a member over on PEGym who has been keeping a detailed log of PF hours + water pumping. Wearing the PF 10-12 hours a day. After 1,000 hours in the PF (only 3 months) plus short daily pump sets, he gained 1 and 1/8th inch. I’m hoping to try and duplicate those results. But so far, even with just a week of use, I love the PF. Already notice a fuller flaccid and my erection already looks bigger to the naked eye (won’t actually measure for a while).
Just a suggestion. For someone who can’t spend hours hanging every day it could be just what you want.
