Oh looky here! The CCH3.

My CCH3

Still hanging comfortable with my CCH3. I moved up to 7 lbs. Going slow because I still feel fatigue

at 20 min. 3 to 4 sets Five days on two days of rest.

I just changed my routine to one BTW, SO, and OTS because I haven’t Noticed any Gain.

Been at it for over two months.

Im looking for a inch gain to bring me up to 7 inches. and then work at my grit 4.8. looking for a 6 grit.

I use a thin foam wrap of 6 inch long with my CCH3. I still have to make a new CCH3 with left overs to

see if any diference between the smaller tubes i am using with the regular size.

Once again thanks CC Your CCH3 has made it easy for me to join the PE world so I can have the Drive

to continue, and for you youngers Thank Thunder for their guidance.

What’s your LOT? If it’s above 8:00, stick with SD.

As long as you feel fatigue, that’s good, however, you may want to add some BTC stretches like Fowfers and/or use the CHICKENCHOKER BTC ADS to keep the microtears open in a healing state for the rest of the day. Therefore, try to get most or all of your hanging done earlier in the day.

What was your routine like, how much time per day did you hang?

bigflip,

How much weight did you use and are you cut or uncut?

Any problems with the CCH3 with slippage?

I usually hang in the morning before work. Recently I have not been using a warm-up device. Before the CCH3, I was hanging at the most 7 lbs before the onset of pain (with a clamp device i made). Now with the CCH3 i am up to 13 lbs with virtually no problems. I think that’s what accelerated gains.

i use 2 layers: 1st layer is this rubbery sports tape that sticks to itself; outer layer is a piece of theraband. The sports tape prevents everything from slipping. It’s a bitch to “peel” off once you are done, but it’s not that bad.

My goal is eventually 9” bp. It will take time, but I think the CCH3 will be instrumental in realizing that goal.

bigflip,

Are you cut or uncut?

i am cut.

Hey guys,

I have just started using my CCH3 and I can really feel the stretch, but I am quickly interupted by slippage… you know how the pre wrap and the theraband slip down until it killing your glans. Any suggestions? I have read over a couple different suggestions but I wanted to ask on my own. The slippage is really the only thing killing me. Let me know what you guys think, especially you Chickenchoker, sense your the creator.

I swear I'm going to stop at 8... ok maybe 8.5 :D

Did you read posts 134 & 135?

You may not be tightening it enough.

Im not sure if my slippage is actually from the pillars though because they do get a great grip, its that all my wrap actually slides down to my glans. I must not be wrapping tight enough. When you guys wrap, do you do it while stretching it out with one hand or normal? Or should I pull all my skin forward before I wrap? Hmmm. Also I am cut.

WatchOut,

You can use no wrapping but you’ll need to set the hanger right at the base initially so that it can grab lots of skin and internal structure to hold onto. Remember that the hanger will always end up close to the head but you want it to gather up enough skin and internal structure along the way. I recommend using a wrap.

The wrap I use is an Ace Sports Underwrap made of thin foam that clings to itself ( it does cling onto itself except for the very end ):

Ace Sports Underwrap, 3-Inch - 1ea - Medshopexpress

With this type of material, you won’t need to wrap that tight but it should be snug, and yes, you should slightly stretch out the shaft as you wrap.

You may also use about 4” skinny strip of regular Ace self-adhering bandage on top to keep the end of the first wrap from unraveling and for an added sliding stopper but it’s not necessary.

Chickenchoker,

Thanks for the advice, my hang is so much better now, no slippage and a much better hang i feel at the base. Also I started warming up with some heat for the first time and boy did that make a difference, or seemed to anyway.

Product Update7:

For those of you who have erect girths larger than 6”, make your CCH3 with pillars and gripper pads 1 inch taller. That would be 4” pillars with 3” high gripper pads.

I’m guessing even an erect girth of 7” would be about 6” flaccid girth, enough for those 3” high gripper pads to handle.

Product Update8:

Want a more responsive grip? Refer to the pic in post #2 of this thread. Do you see how you drill the cord holes straight though to the other side from the red dot? Well, that red dot represents the rear cord holes so if you were to drill through the first wall and then angle it “slightly inward towards the center of the pillar - not towards the end of the pillar”, you would actually follow the shape of the taper of the cords while weight is on it.

The result is less friction on the cord by the front cord holes and those pillars should just grab your shaft the moment you put the weight on.

Hey chickenchoker, I’m looking to make one and I have some questions.

What is a carving knife, never heard of one before and do you recommend having the strings threaded through less holes, different then how you have in on the first page?
