Please help, confused hanging problems

So my problem is.. I have been hanging for 3 months now and I had a progress of 0,5 cm in length, but suddenly the progress stopped and may have even shrunk my penis to much smaller length than it was before! Does anybody have any ideas why that happened? I appreciate all the help and thank you!

Probably EQ. But then again, how many cms do you feel you lost? What is the condition of your pelvic floor/is it exercised?

I doubt you lost length stretching ha lolwtf.

We need more details about your hanging routine (device, frequency etc. etc.).

Ok, so I have a penimaster extender and I am using the vacuum head to hang. The routine is everyday 6 sets of 20 minutes.
What do you mean tony? If I’m doing PC exercises?

And also it looks like my tool is getting more girth and its very hard to fatigue it!

Sometimes it does happens that the penis is fatter but shorter after a PE routine. It more likely happens with jelqing I guess, but is not unheard with manual stretching, so it can happens with hanging I suppose. Generally the penis has not lost any length, it is just the inner layer of tunica stretching the outer layer more, so girth is cutting length, so to speak. If you think in terms of volume, you realize that you more likely have gained some size than lost size.

I think lighter weigths and longer sets would be advisable.

I was considering that perhaps if you feel you lost length, your EQ declined with the strength of your pelvic floor because I don’t believe you lost any length stretching.

No EQ is rock solid tony even more than before hanging. So what regime of hanging would you recommend Marinera? And how much lbs should I do it with? My MAX is 3kg.

The right weight will likely be different for two different males taken at random. I would start with a weight you can do 60 minutes long sets with, without issues like penis coldness, blisters etc.. Try starting with 1 kg and see how it goes.

Hi guys I’m back :D @marinera thanks for the advice, I’ve been doing 60 minutes sets and I can feel the fatigue by the end of the second set. How many sets do you recommend? And how long do you think before the first results are visible?

Everyone is different so it is really difficult to predict when you will have results. I personally think it is good that you are feeling fatigued. As long as it is the right type of fatigue.

I am curious how much weight you are hanging with. If you are hanging with less than 5 pounds, I would just guess that you need to look at the amount of hours that extender users put in before they get results. That amount of weight seems comprable to the level of tensions that extenders use.

I think so true. With less than 3kg try to get as many hours as you can as long as you can be consistent over the days with a similar amount of time

I’m hanging with 1,5 kg, the fatigue is coming from the No mans land ( between balls and anus). What kind of fatigue is right? Do you think I should up the weight to 2 kg?

I am not an expert in this subject, if you say you feel a good stretch try it out and see in a few months. A bit more weight doesn’t seem to be dangerous. I was not aware the peni master pro could hold 3 kg man. Have you tried more?

I have read about people feeling fatigue there. I believe they called that area the “gooch”. I haven’t really had fatigue in that area.

However, I believe that what you are doing is far closer to extenders than what most traditional hangers do.

If you get a chance you might want to check out the extender part of the forum and see if some of their topics applies to you.

The fatigue I feel is usually at the base of my penis and around that area. However, this could be because of the type of hanger that I use, the weight, and the angle that I hang.

Bhcentral, I have the vacextender but I can use it as a vac hanger also. I did some hanging with it for about 20 minutes in upward position. It felt like the previous poster described. Like it was pulling the anus and base of the penis forward. Never felt that at all with the extender in any position. Definitely different. Maybe it was beneficial for PE I don’t know. Wouldn’t want to pull my rectum up where my belly button is tho’.
