I’ve been pumping for 1 + years. Ever since I’ve been a member. I pump at 5-7 hg, for 1 hour sessions. From this session I have very little lymph, no pain. My erections are becoming more frequent. Is this safe for a well conditioned pumper. I don’t get the pump I get from these sessions if I pump at the recommended 10 min sessions. I easily pack a 2” tube and I’m considering getting a 2 1/4” tube. What issues may I encounter with this duration? I usually do about 2 sessions per day.

Its a lot like asking is benching 225 lbs for 5 sets of 5 reps good? I don’t know…are you getting bigger and stronger? Are you getting weaker, and your joints hurt?

So, what I’m getting at is how is it affecting you? You said that your erections are more frequent…good sign!

Are you also getting larger? If yes, then it is fine for YOU! I think 5-7 in hg is a bit high, but your gauge may be off, or if it isn’t off, it seems to be fine for you.

You also say you get very little lymph. Everything you say indicates it is well within a good range for you. The only missing factor I would need to hear is if you have made any size gains.

Just keep in mind that some of the first signs of over doing it are red dots, lymph and decreased erections.

The good signs are more frequent and harder erections, and increasing size.

Sounds like success story, crash. What have your gains been like? Are you going for length or girth?

Here’s a 30 min pump. My flaccid hang is about + .25-.5” girth. 6-6.25”. Flaccid length hangs a little more.

Since you’re not experiencing any particular problems or negative side effects with your routine, you can probably continue with your program or even expand the duration. I can go for much longer times pumping now than I could during my first year as a newbie pumper with no problems, massive girth expansion, etc. Since you easily pack the 2” tube, it’s probably time to move up to the 2 1/4”. You’ll enjoy the visuals of the much larger girth expansion that you’ll start to get. It’s addictive though.
