Second what titleist already said. And you’ll, with proper time and use, get the feel of what’s too much and what’s not.
A few times in the beginning it could almost feel like my unit was about to explode, not in a painful way just in a highly sensitive way but my unit felt really good as in frequent erections and a much fuller hang when I removed the BM. Not even close to getting injured thus far and only positive PI’s.
Believe me when I say you’ll get conditioned and sure enough with time to know what’s what when in the BM.
Now I have absolutely zero issues just pumping out all the water and even re-pump every now and then as there always seems to be a tad more water willing to come out hence lengthening and thickening my unit at the same time.
Just give it some time and remember to do do your manuals as well as those really are the bread and butter of a proper PE routine.
Actually feeling a bit excited on your behalf, lol, and hope you’ll be as satisfied as I still am.
Edit: Forgot to say to use it in a flaccid state to start off with and then after about 4 weeks time you can start going in erect as you’ll be conditioned enough for it by then. At least that’s what I was and have read others done it that way too on PEgym. The BM actually seems to be the preferred pump amongst the PEgym members.
Also, which I forgot to mention there is a thing called BM stretches, which is stretching with your BM on, just Google it and ye shall find out how to do them. But give it at least a month before trying those out, if you should choose to do so. Me, I stick to the regular manual stretches for now but might try out BM stretches in the future.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.
