I’ll rather be back in a few months to tell of my then significant BM gains.
Sorry, it just pisses me off when cowards try to play childish mind games by sending me a copy of what they supposedly wrote all confidential to you.
And you know who you are you two faced coward. Bahbye.
Just for reference I accidentally sent this message to Abdiel instead of RyanPL because I clicked on the wrong user while browsing this thread. Accidents happen but cowardice was not a factor, just a tinge of stupidity on my end.

“Hey figured messaging you would create less chaos than posting in that thread again.
Just wanted to say be careful if you follow Abdiel’s advice of
“I always pump until the bottom part is totally retracted and from what I’ve read it’s the way you’re supposed to do it.
But even when fully retracted I re-pump every few minutes and still some water comes out. Haven’t experienced any type of discomfort doing it this way.”
This is what I was talking about when I said that it can create way too much pressure if you just pump all the way down. It’s not going to be as severe as that video I linked where it goes to 17hg of pressure, because you won’t be getting a perfect seal. That said, I’m pretty confident that it’d be in the 7-10hg range (at least) if you pump “all the way down”, and that’s waaaaay too much pressure. If you’re still relatively new this would do nothing but provide some decent temporary gains (maybe), and lead to the toughening of the tissue which would mess up future PE routines because you’d either need to decondition, or keep applying more and more pressure/force to get results.
Sorry if I sound like a broken record but I’m literally on a decon break because I used my BM in a similar capacity to what Abdiel is describing and it ultimately led to a decrease in EQ, and stalled out my gains because I believe the tissue became more resistant. Granted, I was usually doing it in combination with jelqs or stretches but too much pressure is too much pressure. Just for reference I got my BM in the first week of December and used it frequently throughout November and into late December. I’m not saying the results were catastrophic, I honestly think it helped my flaccid hang, but needing to decon because I didn’t realize I was using too much pressure is annoying to say the least.
Best of luck with your new device,
velhung “
It was a bit redundant so I didn’t feel the need to post it until now. For reference I didn’t get injured, I simply stated that I experienced decreased EQ most likely related to fatigue and that I thought the high pressure with bathmates could be a hazard (especially for newbies).
Ryan, sorry again for moving this thread from the original purpose.
