I woke up this morning and my balls hurt from that cylinder pulling a portion of my sack in, which caused the tube flange to squeeze against my testicles hard. Ouch! I had morning semi rather than the usual rager. I think I overdone the time. 9_in_richard <———-dumb ass! I was experimenting like a kid with a new toy at christmas.

I have been lucky I guess and not gotten “testicle suck” with my 2”. I will say that I mostly use the 1.75”.

On the other hand, I am assuming your base girth is larger than mine.

Everything Lampwick says is golden. The first increase you will see is in base girth and that will help.

Yes, I read all that I could on vacuum pumping, prior to ordering my cylinder. I did not get one in the cylinder. Because of the slight peno-scrotal web, it pulls the skin into the cylinder which causes the base of the cylinder to really push down on my balls. This causes a dull constant aching on my balls for the duration of my set. Kind of like getting your balls squeezed by two midgets for 10 minutes.LOL

I spent 10 minutes in the tube sitting in the bathroom while my wife bathed and asked me PE questions. I was at 3-4hg and it was a little less uncomfortable than the day before. Just done 10 minutes around 4hg.I pre-warmed, jelqed for 10 minutes, massaged and then into the tube for 10 minutes from 2-4hg. When I came out, I post warmed for 2-3 minutes. My penis was not soft or spongy but felt fuller. I measured it out of curiosity as I have been edging 5.5” post jelq. It was hard, vascular and easily hit the 5.5” mark. I’ve noticed after the past few days that I am seeing a change in shape and it seems that It is of greater density. It feels thicker and firmer.

I pre-warmed for 3 minutes last night, jelqued for 10 minutes and then went into the tube for 10 minutes at 4-5hg. I didn’t see alot of erect expansion, but definitely felt the difference in flaccid girth. Had great morning wood and a few spontaneous boners this am. I have noticed that my blood flow to my unit has improved alot. My penis always feels warm to the touch now, where as before it varied greatly. So, if nothing else comes of my new found hobby (pumping) then at least I have improved my penile health by improving blood flow.

I ordered a 1.75” JD cylinder yesterday. I’m going to try it and see how I fit it. If I have room for girth expansion in it, then I’ll probably use it until I can pack it well, then go into the 2” when I’m a bit more advanced with pumping.

It’s weird because pumping is not a good feeling for me, it’s actually un-comfortable, but I look forward to it. I think it’s the anticipation of seeing what it will, look like when it comes out of the tube!

As for the JD cylinder and the harbor Freight pump set-up, they are great. I always get a great seal and the pressure release on the pump is great.

My routine as it is evolving (based on PI’s) (Keeping in mind that I am an advanced PE’er_ This is not a newbie routine)

Currently:

* Jelquing continues every other day (pre warm 3-5 minutes)
1. Wet jelq with Equate lube
2. Moderate pressure jelq at a 2-3 second tempo with good form
3. Jelq 10-20 minutes depending on “feel”
4. Post warm 3-5 minutes

* Vacuum pump with JD 2” cylinder every day (enter lubed 3/4 erect)
1. Pre warm 3-5 minutes
2. Slowly pump up to 3-5hg
3. Maintain 3-5hg range for 10 minutes (will evolve to as per Advocet8’s chart)
4. Massage and post warm 3-5 minutes

* Wear Andro ADS at medium tension during work hours only
1. ADS is set to normal erect length or .2” above
2. Worn 4-8 hours per day on work days (I work 3-4 days per week)
3. Remove once every two hours to massage

* ANS during sleep time (this will be incorporated when it arrives)
1. Wear at low tension at bedtime
2. Worn post jelq/pump to heal under very mild extended tension.

And of course Supplement with Ginko, Multi, L-Arginine and all of my other supplements.
