Hi all,

How often do you pump? Do you go every day, or follow the same schedule as recommended by routines like the Newbie Routine - 2 on, 1 off?

Just adding pumping to my stretching/jelqing routine (which is 2 on 1 off) and wondering if I should vacuum pump only on those days. I pumped for about 15-20 minutes after my stretching/jelqing session.


Starting Stats - BPEL 6.5", MEG 5.2"

[Accomplished] Short-Term Goal - BPEL 7.5", MEG 5.2"

Final Goal - BPEL 8", MEG 5.5"

Once conditioned, I pumped in the morning after waking up for 20 minutes at 5hg and again at night before bed for 20 minutes at 5 hg - five or six days a week. I also did 45 minutes at 4 hg once a week.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

When I was pumping I would do 10 mins. Take a break for 5 mins then do 10 mins again. And I only did it once a day. And I would take weekends off as rest days.


Start: BPEL: 8in BPFL: 4in EG: 5.25in Current: BPEL: 8.5in EG: 5.5 Goal: BPEL: 9in EG: 6in

Enjoys rainy days. Long walks on the beach. And jerking on cam with buds. You know. Just the simple things.

I’m currently trying to do 2 workouts per day 4-5 days a week. Warmup with IR lamp and then 30-40 minutes of good jelqs. I then pump from 4-5-6 inHg for 30-35 minutes - 10 minutes on 4 and 15 - 15 minutes on 6 and the last of those 5 minutes I tend to go above 6 for 30 seconds and back down for 30 until i have done those 5 minutes. I end with an elastic penis ring and IR lamp. I have no idea if this is a good routine or not, just what I’m doing at the moment. It feels plumped though, so that’s nice. I want to incorporate stretching to start with but I need to phase it in gradually I think.

1) Depending on your goal, pump as necessary. Always pay attention to EQ and release pressure and break with any pain or coldness. Never pump beyond 5Hg for any length of time. I’ve found 4 sets of around 5-7 minutes in one session with some very light jelqing and edging/massage in between provides good results. I try to stick to around 2-4Hg pressure, higher pressure yields worse results and too high pressure can even result in major ED. Enter the tube erect. Maintain erection and kegel intermittently, porn helps. It’s time and energy intensive, psychologically also. This is the main limitation long term (maintaining arousal). But you will grow, girth in particular, but length also particularly for around 24-48 hours after a good session. Once to twice per week for maintenance, more as tolerable for growth. That fourth good set will seriously take things to the next level with expansion in the tube and post. Huge flaccid gains will find you buying new underwear and copping side eyes from strangers. I recommend modal with a large pouch. Careful combining Cialis with pumping as the effects can show dramatically in public after even slight arousal. Catch 22.

2) Pumping after stretching will tend to counteract length gains but it can be a helpful technique to add girth. You will find the base where stretching force was most intense will expand more if you combine the two, but you might also find that any length gain has disappeared. I have found very intentional and careful jelqing sets to enhance length more than anything in between pumping sessions. Take care. Don’t overdo it.

Great info! Thanks, Earbud! Very helpful. I do the Newbie Routine (12min stretching + 300 jelqs) before going into the vacuum cylinder. I worked my way up to 20 mins at 5Hg. EQ is great and hang is noticeably bigger.

Also, on the Cialis point, sounds like you speak from experience, haha!

What do you do exactly in between the 5-7 min pumping sessions?

Haha! You’re not wrong. I had to ‘try a sofa’ in the furniture shop for a few minutes the other day because the assistant was so fucking hot.

20 at 5 is up there, watch for any pain or coldness. Release pressure slightly the second you feel any pain to see if it fades and under no circumstances should you pump through it. The more experienced you get the more you’ll find that pressure matters less than form. The best sessions and greatest expansion I’ve had have been during 2-4Hg with lots of blood flow due to continuous arousal. It’s honestly insane how much looser and expansive your tissues can be at the lower pressures. Also should add, when you release the pressure, do it slowly. Don’t just go from 5 to 0. Taper down over a minute or so to allow all your veins to settle down. Been pumping for about 10 years. There are little tricks you learn along the way. Applied heat is also incredible. I’ve recently incorporated a red IR heat lamp into my routine and I’m wondering why I waited so long.

During the intermission I like to massage and edge to full erection for a while if I can. If I feel like I can take it, the slow jelqs can really increase the pump, esp into that fourth session.

Has anyone experienced edema/red or blue spots/sore dick on the first day of the pumping cycle? I have that issue regularly. Can’t really get my dick pumped to maximum lenght on the first day and experiencing edema and soreness after pumping. On the next day pumping seems work more ”normally”, I can stretch my penis with pump to good lenghts and no soreness afterwards. But it’s always that first day of the cycle which is rough. No amount of warming the penis or firegoat rolling seem to make difference. Anyone has similar situation or knows anything about how to better this?

Reduce your time and/or vac pressure on the first day until you find the spot that does not cause an issue.

Or break session into two.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Depending on how much time you took off, you need to ease back into it. Don’t expect the same results after rest days. It’s not a bad thing, it’s perfectly normal.

Pumping to a vacuum that you know is safe for you at a given time in the cycle is paramount. Don’t pump to a length, and ignore the vacuum. Some days are better than others. Just how it is.

Doing it at all, is enough. Stay safe and keep at it!

I agree 100% on the pumping with Cialis once you have reached 6-8 doses over a few weeks you can really see some impressive gains and yes the semi flipping to erect can be extremely different to get used too. If you wear a cock ring at all or ball weights this can really make show off if that’s your thing. Just remember don’t expect Cialis to fix everything, and being warm, relaxed, happy with a good clean diet will assist any pumping. Be wary of alcohol consumption as it hinders pumping in my experience.
