Gents,
after much reading I thought I’d get a Thickwall.co.uk pump as they’re not too expensive (https://thickwa ll.co.uk/shop/p … s/starter-kits/ ). Following their sizing guide I’d assume that a 2" internal diameter cylinder is right for my 5.2" girth, but I thought I’d ask for suggestions first. My focus is on girth for now but length is always welcome (6" at the moment)

I think 1.75 in. diameter is proper for 5.2 in. girth.

My experience I think my 2” Cylinder worked from 6 to around 6.75” and I’m in a 2.25” now due to base girth over 7”. 1.75”, which I think is also the typical “sex toy” cylinder size is pretty universal and I think is 5.2 to around 6” but this is my experience with it, not a chart.
But a too wide cylinder will have sealing issues and have to be run at higher pressures to maintain suction and seal. And it will prompt base girth growth without prompting as much mid and upper shaft growth. Again, my experience.

I got the 2” cylinder for my 5,3 mseg and i think i should have got the 1.75” cylinder because this one is just too big and sucks the skin of my balls in and i can’t do sessions longer than 20 min at 5-7hg because my ball skin will hurt, you should get the 1.75

My 5.5” MSEG is starting to pack my 2” cylinder 3/4 of the way up.
Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"
Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"
