Raybbaby's Bathmate log and expansion study

I forgot to write down yesterdays work out. Which was a bit different tham my usual routine. Because I tried to get a pre-pump girth measurement, I went into the pump at around 80% erect, and was able to easily pump up to the 180 mark within my first two minutes. So then I kegelled until i hit the 300 mark, and pumped up again, this time hitting 190. Where I sat and kegelled until I hit the 500 mark, where I released the vacuum and did about 100 jelqs. Then back into the tube for another 500 Kegels, My in the tube length hitting 195 by the time it was all said and done.

Just got done with today’s workout. Would have liked to have done it this morning, as I woke up with awesome morning wood, but, what can ya do? Today I didn’t really mess with a lot of kegels, focusing instead on just going for max expansion. So I warmed up with 100 wet jelqs, then pumped up for 5 minutes. During that five minutes, I alternated thirty seconds on and then thirty seconds off, pulling straight out on the Bathmate tube. Every five minutes I would release the vacuum and do 100 wet jelqs. Just three sets like this today. I figure that’s fifteen minutes in the pump, and probably at least five minutes of jelqing. I thought about going for another set, but I think this probably introduced enough stress to my unit. The expansion I got was awesome. Reached my biggest length yet, at the end of both the second and third pump sessions I was at 195, less than 1/2 a centimeter and my glans will be peaking up over the top of the length marker. It was dead even with the straight line that makes the back of the “b” on the bathmate label. Soooo Happy about that.

Today was just my usual kegel while pumping workout, but I switched thing up a bit. Still learning I guess. Went into the tube, pumped right up to 160, did 100 kegels, felt relaxed in the tube, so pumped up to 170, (just one pump) and did 200 kegels, then pumped again, this time to 180, another 200 kegels and then released the pump and stretched a did just a couple jelqs or squeezes to move things around, then when back into the tube, real similar kegel pump routine, hitting 190 for the last hundred jelqs or so. My fresh out of the tube girth hit 6”, I think. I’m not sure, the tape may have stuck on the wet skin on the underside of my dick, giving me a bad measurement. It was definitely a short lived girth, rapidly dropping back to 5 1/2” in less than five minutes. Oh well, I’ll take it. Gonna take a day, maybe two off.

How are things mate? I recall in you earlier posts that you were planing on wearing your vac extender. How do you plan on using this with your routine?

I was thinking if you didn’t mind we can both do a test on a theory I was thinking.

I was thinking of pumping for 20 minutes and wearing my extender for a number of hours afterwards.

Perhaps you might want to wear your extender for a number of hours and pump at night when you have finished stretching? Or the other way around of course. I would like to see if there is a difference in gains between the two.

Shiby, my plan is to do my pump session (roughly 20 minutes), then wear my extender. Today is my first day using the extender after my pump session. It being a new and a little bit more invovled piece of PE equipment, it may take me a few days to get used to it. Just have to get better at putting it on and what not. It’s on right now, but I still may have to adjust the arm length and trim the silicone sleeve and get it all dialed in. When my PE adventure began, I got big length gains using a program of stretching, jelqing, and then wearing an extender. I’m looking for similar results now, using the pump, then keeping the penis in an extended state as any damage/cell division caused by pump expansion heals.

Took Saturday and Sunday off. My pump session today consisted of my usual 20 minutes of kegels with the pump on. I have changed my pumping routine a little though. Instead of letting the clock dictate when I repump, I’m going more by feel. The reasoning behind this is when my penis is at it’s smallest, most unexpanded, it expands most rapidly under vacuum. So instead of pumpimg up to 150 and waiting and kegeling for five minutes, I do 100 kegels, and then give the Bathmate a pump. Usually I’ll get a big squirt of water, as the penis has expanded rapidly from it’s flaccid beginning state, by enough to displace that much water. I then go by feel and number of kegels performed. If I do another 200 or 300 kegels, and it feels like I can go bigger,without discomfort, I’ll give it another pump. This results in less time at low expansion, and more time at higher exspansion. Istead of five minutes at 150, followed by five minutes at 160, then five at 170, and finally 180, I am at 150 for a minute and a half, then I pump up, and hit 160 for 2-300 kegels, then again up to 170 for a few hundred more kegels and then up to 180. indtead of getting only my last five minutes in at full expansion, I’m usually up to 180 and can just sit there for the last ten minutes or 500 kegels, whichever comes first. Basically more time spent in a more expanded state.

So my ITLMs for today were 160, 100 kegels, 170, 300 kegels, 180, 300 kegels, 185 and then 300 kegels which put me at the end of my twenty minutes. My post pump flaccid girth was about 5 5/8”.

That’s what I’m also doing mate ;) bathmate for 20 minutes and extender for a few hours after. I tell you what. Doing this routine was probably the best one I have ever tried (so far). I pumped to almost max, and went in the extender stretched at my EL. Wow it was good. There we’re times when I got a slight boner. When I checked down there it had puffed up very thick. It was a good PI.

And afterwards I had amazing EQ. Probably the best I’ve had in a year. Keep it up mate.

Got one question for you regarding the vac attachment. Does your head fit all the way in? I’ve had some bother regarding comfort. For a few days of trial and error I realised the rim of my head is sticking out of the attachment, and when applying the silicone tube, then stretching it out really seem to pinch. Last night I stuffed as much of it as I could. It helped a little. Seems that after a pump session my head is just too big for the piece. Have you had any problems?

Yeah, I would say I’ve experienced something similar. But yesterday was my first day, so I’ll have to tinker with it a bit. I used the entire, full length silicon sleeve on my first attempt. Bad idea. Cut it down to about 1 1/2” long and that made a huge difference.

Today was my “max expansion” workout. Got in the tub, did 100 wet jelqs, pumped up and then alternated 30 seconds stretching by pulling the Bathmate straight out and 30 seconds of rest. After three cycles like that, I release the pump and do another 100 wet jelqs. 3 cycles of jelqs followed by pumped stretches took about 22 minutes, and I called it good at that point. Put on my vac-extender, and I’ll try to wear it for as long as I can. It’s been about 2 hours so far. I’m not stretching hard at all really. My BPEL is probably 7 1/4”, and to measure from the “v” where my lower abdominal region is joined with my dick is only about 5 1/2 inches. Just trying to keep my penis in an outstretched position and not really strain against it with the extender.

how much do you think bathmate alone gave you as far as gaining permanent? and how long?

Thinking of getting one, will this work on my small package?

And how can i combine this with my vacextender?

I think of pumping as more of a girth builder, and I will say I’ve gained a quarter inch in girth in about six weeks. I don’t know about length really. Just recently started stretching with the pump. We’ll see I suppose.

Would you suggest the shorter the sleeve the better a pull? I think mine is 3” long. I was thinking about cutting it slightly shorter than that but wasn’t sure.

I don’t think the pull is really much better, per-say, It’s just a lot less silicon to mess with, and that by itself makes sealing yourself in or out much easier. A lot less pinch points with only about 3/4” of silicone sleeve grabbing my shaft. Try sliding the cap further down into your sleeve before permanently cutting it. Make sure that you leave yourself enough sleeve to grab your penis before you cut it shorter. I have roughly 3/4” of sleeve covering the cap, and about 3/4” that I roll up onto the cap then unroll back down to hold my shaft. I know I saw a picture of how short my sleeve is somewhere, but I’m having trouble finding it now. You seem to be real close to the same size as me, so you can probably do the same without any problem. It’s more an “ease of use” thing than something that results in a different pull.

Almost forgot my workout for today. Today was my day to just pump up and do Kegels while under vacuum. Went into the tube and immediately pumped to the 175 mark. Really thought I’d likely set a new “in the tube length” record when that happened. did 100 Kegels and pumped up to 185. Looking good. Did 300 more Kegels and went to pump again. No real expansion had occured, so not much water pumped out. Pretty much just chilled out and did Kegels ‘til my total Kegel count hit 900, pumped up to about 190 and did my last 100 Kegels, and called it a workout at 22 minutes and 1000 PC flexes.

FOTG was 5 5/8”, max ITLM was 190, with the majority of my workout happening in the 180-185mm range.
