I haven’t pumped for years.
When I first started I had a pump which would not allow you to use too much pressure, so there were good results.
Then I gradually got away from pumping. When I started again I got results in flaccid size, which is what I wanted, but in sex when I came to an orgasm there was almost no pleasurable sensation. Now I realize this happened because I was using too much pressure. It’s possible I even had nerve damage. But that would gradually go away if I didn’t pump.
Then later I began pumping with less pressure and got good results. That is, I reached my goal of 7 inches erect. At the time I thought this was permanent. I was using Victoria Wizell’s hypnosis program. (Her name has changed since she married. Sorry. Don’t know the new name, but I am sure you can find her using the internet.) But gradually the size came back down to 6 3/8.
So I am wanting to do some pumping again. Actually it took a few YEARS to come back down to 6 3/8 from 7 1/8 fully erect. I was earlier 5.75 but used Jelq to grow to 6 3/8. Now I would like to get to 8 inches. I am posting here mostly to caution others about using too much pressure. You can really hurt yourself using too much.
And I haven’t seen anything on here about exercise, so I’d like to add my 2 cents. Squats and abs force blood into the lower body, and I think they will cause you to get better erections. Start out with a few and work your way up. I think 100 situps a day causes me to get better erections and feel more pleasure during sex. I think 100 to 200 squats a day gives me better erections.
And the Kegels improves erections and pleasure during intercourse. A few details all you guys need to know.
